Capium is a cloud-based software and I use all its modules. They are straightforward to use. You can call their helpline for any issues you cannot find help within their help module and your problem is resolved within minutes.

I would definitely recommend them.

Capium is the Best software out there for Accountants. It is very easy to set up and use and the support is outstanding. We are able to receive support even outside of the usual Monday - Friday working hours i.e evenings and weekends we have received calls from Support to answer even the smallest query. The platform itself is amazing and we specifically like it because all Modules are on the Cloud. The Payroll Module is very good, which we use to also give access to clients to access their Payslips. We also use Accounts Production and Corporation Tax for Advanced Accounts Filing and Tax work such as R&D processing. We are very happy customers since 2019 and we keep recommending to other accountants as it is by far the best software for Accountants. There are also new modules coming up. This in addition to Practice Manager which integrates with Companies House for deadlines management, timesheets, and email automations really helps us to ensure that no deadlines are ever missed.

I use the Capium payroll module for various businesses and it's really easy to use and has all the features that I need. I'd definitely recommend it and have recommended it to other professionals.

I have been using Capium for more than 4 years in a roll. I have had a great experience with the software and the customer service is second to none.

I recently onboard a client on the payroll module. The system importing template for timekeeping is configured in HH:MM:SS. My client submit timesheet in decimal. I contacted Capium and they create an excel sheet template which I can use to convert decimal to time and sent this to me. This help reduce manual process of conversion. Therefore, I am able to use the system timesheet template with easy.

We have just moved to Capium for Self-Assessment, Accounts Production and Corporation Tax. Chandini our account manager has been very helpful for the onboarding process.
It is still early days, but we have used it for all three, and it works well at a good price.
Still learning to use all the features, and ad-hoc telephone support has been very good.

I use Capium for Accounts Production and CT600's. It's super easy to use with a nice user interface. There is a very efficient ticketing system for obtaining help and assistance with any queries. I'm so glad I chose to go with Capium.

Ash & Shaun were very supportive from the point of sale throughout our onboarding, leaving us confident within ourselves to take on our deadlines, overcoming any teething problems. The support demonstrators were excellent in their software IT skills & accountancy knowledge, sorting anything we felt stuck on. All in one platform is a big timesaver during recurring deadlines pressure. Fairly easy and straightforward to use and grab the concept.

On Friday 24/02/2024 late afternoon i required support with a query on Capium payroll. As I was knew to Capium and this was my first payroll submission I required clarification for the submission to HMRC. I was assisted by Andrisha Pelman who brought in a support team member Sridhar. Sridhar assisted me in all parts of the payroll module and continued his support to th ecompletion of my first paroll submission through Capium. I am very grateful to Sridhar for his patient and complete support to assist me in the successful submission to the HMRC.

We have been a Capium client for around 18 months, The experience has transformed our practice and assisted greatly with business growth.

capium is an all-round software, rather than paying for different subscriptions, you have everything you need in one software and its cloud-based with unlimited storage and i love the bulk payroll feature it save me a lot of time, the only thing i would improve in capium is in account production, to bring the balances forward in trial balance. would recommend to everyone... five stars

Good product, excellent support team!

I am extremely disappointed with the service capium is providing now, looks like they have lost the track or are not caring about their customers. I have been with capium for over 2 years and since last 3 months amount of time i had to spend with software glitches on practise management module i raised ticket last week and capium is yet to resolve the issue or come back to me even leaving message for senior management to call me back still no response .......... therefore avoid as your time is precious. looks like i will be switching to different and better software company

We are a 5 office firm and have, over the past 20 years, moved from IRIS to CCH to DIGITA and finally to non integrated (but online) packages. The first 3 suffer badly from being local server based whereas the online ones suffered from lack of integration.

Having been with Capium for just over a year now there is no doubt that this integrated online package ticks all (realisitic) boxes. Ease of use, deadline notification, reporting and submissions, customer support etc are better than anything we have had before.

Nothing is perfect but Capium is closer than the other packages we have used over the years.

I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Met with some of the Capium team at a local 'trade exhibition' in Birmingham this week. Very professional and courteous, and they were able to answer all of my questions with regards to the cloud software. Will certainly continue with my subscription for the product and would recommend this to other practices to use.

I am just 3 weeks into the use of Capium software and I must admit of how seamless and easy it makes tasks. From book keeping to reporting, its been an awesome experience so far. It's User friendly interface is second to none. While I've genuinely haven't used a product with its level of help options which enables you to find solution to a goal you are trying to achieve on the platform without the need for seeking customer service help or raising a ticket...

Great experience whit the Capium software and with the Capium team. They have guide me true the software from the beginning to now, and they have been very responsive.
