Great service and helping us to select appliance as per our requirement

The sales person lead us to believe that by bundling our appliances we could save the equivalent of the cost to have them installed.

We were shocked to discover that only 2 of 3 appliances would be installed.

The deliver arrived at the end of our window.

The delivery people immediately stated that they would just leave our appliances in the garage.

We showed them our bill of sale and they dented our washer trying to show that the door needed to come off.

My husband offered to remove the door, multiple times and my son did remove the door in 5 min. After 45 minutes with phones.

The level of frustration in your staff, who are clearly exhausted and overworked, over a lack of time to instal, to complete 15 deliveries in one day. We were told repeatedly that we were 9 out of 15.

Constantly calling managers and having to update delays was extremely stressful and unprofessional in every way!

We could not be more disappointed that we are!

Sales team were quite helpful but unfortunately we had the worst delivery experience.
Transport and delivery team were unbelievably rude, unqualified for the job and irresponsible.
Not only they were unable to install the washing machine and the dryer in a standard manner, they left our brand new house, our driveway as well as our neighbour’s driveway a total mess.
We would be extremely hesitant to recommend Canadian Appliance to anyone or to make any purchase again.

Anthony at CAS was very professional and helpful. Spoke to him about a specific brand and make of dishwasher I wanted. Only when I asked for his thoughts on an alternate was he able to guide me towards another unit which I ended up purchasing and loving. Thank you for making the transaction very seamless and exactly as promised.

When I walked it i was greeted and I was asked a few questions to what I was looking for. Anthony right away found me the perfect modle at a great price. The process was so easy and delivery was as promised.

This company was very fast in delivery!! My fridge broke down , after trying to get an appliance repair man , I decided to buy a new fridge next day it was delivered and took the old one away. Price was competitive. Overall great experience. Thanks

From the time we entered the show room, Anthony was there to help and provide honest advice and support for a new fridge. Ours has broken the night before and we needed one quickly. He showed us one that matches our existing appliances and our budget. The process was easy and put us at ease. The delivery was next day, and the drivers came when they said they would. They were fast and efficient, and did a great job. We appreciate CAS and love our new fridge

The products are great however after sales service was/is less than satisfactory. Delivery went smoothly but installers would not hook up the appliances due to the location (laundry closet). While I was assured a refund would be issued for the installation and a follow-up sent, I have not received a refund or response.

The customer service was great when I picked up my item service was pretty quick and smooth and courteous. The only problem I saw was when we got it on the top of the range on the right side was not connected proper but not bad enough to return.

Incredible experience! Great Customer Service when I called in looking for specific dishwasher. First time shopping with Canadian Appliances. Will not shop anywhere else after such a positive experience. Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, beat price from
other retailer and even called me back to see if I collected PC Points. OUTSTANDING service! Received multiple emails confirming purchase and pick up location from warehouse ( as I wanted DW next day ) , directions etc.

In store service was great. Competitive pricing. Speedy delivery that we were able to track. Appliance arrived on time. Delivery men were courteous and efficient. Overall, great customer experience. Highly recommend this company.

Our in store experience was the best. Natalie was very patient with us as she took us through all our options and was very interested in satisfying our needs.

Gave me a suggestion for a better set as the one I chose originally was being discontinue soon.
