All went well may be just the shipping could be delivered in shortest time if possible;)

if there was a zero rating i would pf done that got helpand confirmation that right part was being ordered. Went to get it installed car is torn apart on our mechanics hoist and turns out it is wrongpart so that caused the mehanics hoist to be tied up and they had to put car back together till they could get right part this caused us t have topay extra time and lose 2 days till they ordered us right part that cost more moneybecause nw it isnt about best deal it is about getting car fixed . So reps mistake of not making sure he was selling us right part ended upcosting us a extra 150.00 in mechanics time and having to get part fromlocal parts store and then to add insult to injury theycharged us to return part. Never ordering from them again. Hiring people who know cars or take the time to make sure they are selling customer right part would help instead of assuring customer it is right part and it not being and offering nothing for there error even though it cost customer who was trying to use their service.

I always find the site easy to use. The south american river site is horrible its like they didn't even look at your search.
Parts Avatar on the other hand gives you a list that is specific to your vehicle a nice list that grades the parts which is fantastic combined with really good shipping

The fact unlike rock auto it when I researched prices are comparable but they suggest one should get gaskets and bolts if needed. reminding us that they may be required. You do not. small effort that would make it not a geeze it is not included? so bought a gasket from Canadian tire for 15.99

4 of the 6 spark plugs ordered were the wrong item. Your company then charged me for return shipping to get a refund. I can fully understand being charged for return shipping if I made a mistake in ordering but this mistake was YOURS. I am very disappointed with your return policies and have made a decision not to purchase for your company moving forward. I have NEVER had this issue ordering from Rock Auto. Perhaps you need to reevaluate your policies to ensure that customers are not out of pocket for products they never get to use as a direct result of poor shipping mistakes made by your company. You lost a good customer over $6

Product arrived on time and in excellent condition.

Parts were a great price and arrived on time and fit perfectly.

My order was place on April 11th with "fast delivery".
As of April 16th 5:15 pm parts did not show up.
Their chat said "your order is packed and may ship anytime. Due to this, we are not able to cancel the order. Once you receive the order, then you can again come to us. We will help you with the return."

A lot of people became victim of these scammers. Never trust never buy anything from.

1- The original package was not properly sealed and arrived wet due to rain, which raises concern about the condition of the items.
2- Also missing items.

I have ordered multiple times and always received top quality parts with fast shipping and fair prices.

I found the price on the spark plugs very reasonable and shipping was very quick.

Shipment was late to ship and arrive. I also signed up for the newsletter to obtain 10% off first order and never received the promo code or email.

The item I ordered arrived quickly, when I opened the box the part I ordered was in a plastic package that was previously opened and taped back together. (I’m assuming it was previously shipped to someone else and sent back). Not only was the packaging unsatisfactory the part didn’t fit my car like they said it would, I was also given a hard time when requesting to return it. The Part was returned and I still have yet to receive my refund.

Great selection and great prices. Shipping speed is good and got free shipping with a $100+ purchase. The only thing I have a beef with is the delivery company did not follow my instructions even though there was an input to put specific delivery instructions. I asked for the delivery not to be left on my front steps which is in plain sight from the street. I want my package left inside my porch which is easily accessed by opening the storm door
