I bought a Hisense fridge that was…
I bought a Hisense fridge that was supposed to be smudge resistant, and the sales person verbally said the best warranty to get was the 6 yrs which would cover everything. If I wasn’t happy they would replace the fridge. The fridge was delivered and I noticed that smudges were all over it. I immediately followed their process and filled out the paperwork, sent pictures and the CAS customer care gave me a hard time for over a month through emails, finally the person called and said they would send a technician to look at the problem. I had sent a ton of pictures. End result was “ it’s considered cosmetic” so they will not come and provide service. I contacted the sales person who said he didn’t say that the warranty would cover smudge resistant product on the fridge. So he lied, the service was unprofessional and they could care less about the customer. I contacted the the BBB for a complaint.

Great prices Isaiah who helped us was really good. However when we went back on Sunday one of the store associates had his feet up on the desk and did not care that we the customers were in the store i found that very rude and disrespectful. Salesperson was polite and not pushy
Salesperson was polite and not pushy. Allowed me to read the specs on different models so I could make an informed decision. The delivery was within the the time frame and delivery people were courteous and had no issues with taking my old appliance. They unpacked it on the street except for the bottom and lifted out of the bottom packaging but failed to take the packaging with so I had to break it down and dispose of it. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

This company is a joke.
I bought an appliance in-store, and ever since then the process has been awful. The initial delivery + installation came and the product was damaged. All good, this stuff happens. The solution was $110 refund and an new delivery date 3 days later. That second delivery date came, and they delivered a product with no installation or haul-away. Just dropped it off in my garage. After many frustrating calls with customer service I installed the unit myself and they gave me another small refund. I'm still waiting on the initial refund...
The disconnect between sales, before home delivery service, and after home delivery service creates an awful customer experience, and for that reason I'd advise absolutely nobody to order anything from this company.
