Good service. Parking was a bit difficult.

just popped in to tunbridge wells on a sunday to check out a formentor , dan was very helpful showed me round a new vehicle in the showroom , asked for some figures and ordered one , they were sent over and the deal was done , vehicle was delivered before the end of the month and phone calls to make sure im doing ok with the car , great car and great styling , im loving it so far

I had an awful experience in buying a car from Caffyns it broke down with gearbox failure on the second drive out.
The real problem comes with their customer service which is frankly non existent it took my putting a previous bad review on here to prompt a proper phone call and apology and a small amount of recompense.

I was told lies and had information hidden from me about the car but of course they dispute it.

There is no way i would ever buy a car from Caffyns again.

I have now purchased a new VW Tiguan R line Black edition from JCB VW Tunbridge wells where the service was a world away from Caffyns and it was worth the wait of a couple of months for a great vehicle.

I have already completed 2 surveys about my recent visit. I think that is enough!!

Regretfully we eventually decided that a tempting used Kamiq at Caffyns Skoda Eastbourne did not quite meet our needs but we received excellent and professional attention throughout from Jack Wilson, who was always helpful, courteous, enthusiastic and patient despite our protracted deliberations.

The worst service I have received from a car dealership. I want to buy a new Audi but get no response from the salesman despite chasing on several occasions

I was looking to upgrade my car to a bigger SUV so i headed to Caffyns Skoda, Eastbourne. They had the perfect one for me in the trim that i was after. I was approached immediately by Jack, i told him i was interested in the Karoq outside and within 30 mins, i was test driving it. Once back at the dealership, he offered me a drink so we could go through it all and what i found to be such a lovely gesture, was the bunch of flowers i received when i went to collect it to take it home. I mean even the reveal was something. The aftercare is lovely also.

We recently came along to ŠKODA looking for a new car and immediately felt so welcome. We were offered a drink and the team were very personable and helped find us the perfect car for our family. Jack has been wonderful every time we have been to the dealership to facilitate the process of picking up the car and we would highly recommend visiting ŠKODA and would purchase a car from them again in the future.

Everyone was welcoming at Caffyns Goring by Sea. Martin was extremely helpful at every stage of my car purchase. Would highly recommend.

I had an issue with my new car which was no fault of Caffyns Ashford MG but it was something i could not live with. Ken Ferguson contacted me and we had a very positive conversation of how best to move forwards. I am now waiting to collect a brand new HS Trophy DCT in Red and i am over the moon. This is all down to Ken's patients and understanding and excellent customer service, Thank you Ken

Steve listened to what important to me and he researched what cars were available and in my price range. No hard sell and he found me my perfect car. Caffyns Eastbourne really have exceptional staff their customer service skills are 2nd to none
