Absolutely horrible — biased, unprofessional, and judgemental. They labelled me “controlling” simply for saying, “my marriage could have been saved if we ignored external advice”, and even claimed that was “inappropriate” for court.

Meanwhile, they allowed my ex to speak for ten minutes, making false claims without challenge, and completely ignored my requests to have my say.

They accepted every lie my narcissistic ex put forward and shut me down at every turn.

I’ve now submitted a formal complaint.

Absolute disgrace.. I have never in my life received such a worse service, not once was any of my concerns listened to against my ex partner and the court went with every single lie provided by caffcass who was clearly on the side of my ex partner, men don't have a chance to be heard or listened to in court, and all I want is to have access to my child who has been kept from me. Cafcass should hang there heads in shame.

Caffcass sent their unfortunate 'letter' to the family court three days before the first hearing. The blatant contradictions present in the 'letter' make me concerned about the writer's judgement capacity. By the time I have processed the enormities written by her there was no time left for any corrections. The judge has got wrong information. My disabled child has to suffer because Cafcass. Who pays these people to cause so much harm? Also they have no feedback working ( they don't care about parents opinion) so I can only leave a review here.

These people do as much damage to children and families as rape gangs do. Typical government agency. Ur kids are merely objects to be used to generate money, sex, or votes. Steer clear of these.

Bias dismissed all allegations of abuse even when evidence was shown, told children shouting is acceptable no education on adhd autism and pda told parents school and other professionals they are not here for children just parents, told professionals children do not need help support or referrals for mental health because nothing wrong with children even though clear evidence from GP and specialist saying other wise.

Cafcass needs to be scrapped and rebuilt from scratch. It is not fit for purpose and does not make any decisions with the best interests of the children as a priority according to the children’s act 1989

We all know how bad they are we would also add cruel unprofessional and inept. The family courts put women and children at risk. They bully lie and make everything fit their narrative. Despite 2.5 years in court and the judge saying no contact not even in a contact centre for the children's farther my daughter has been made so ill by the system. She has complex PTSD because of the years of abuse DRs reports saying going to court triggers her anxiety yet we are still fighting to get the children to a life in Australia with the prospect of living with my daughter her new husband and their sibling over looking the Indian ocean where they all have a chance to heal. Finding of fact tick children's statements tick children's wishes and feelings tick social services reports tick. Police reports tick medical records tick all say same abuser. Violence in all relationships so why inflict more suffering. Worse thing is everyone knows how bad they are but no one helps not mps / journalists no one e what's to dirty their hands.

CAFCASS are supposed to be the voice of the child in court. But my son’s voice was silenced.

CafCass are corrupt in particular in Birmingham and anti father and discriminate against men of Colour. CafCass appointments White officers who listen to the mother’s lies and engage with the mothers directly without consulting both parties. I would like to name this particular office however I will now take it via Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) and start an investigation as Complaining to CafCass gets you no where. This particular office has Broken the law and we have evidence yet she gets away with it. If Birmingham are not careful with there CafCass there could be investigations which will appear in media soon.

despite our protestations, forced me (age 10) and my younger brother (age 8) into visitation with my physically abusive father. said father then physically abused me and my brother due to his new rights as enforced by their attempted manipulative, later outright forged reports.

Cafcass lie most of workers didn't even meet me in person and wrote a falsified report up off me and agreed my kid should be adopted ! Do not trust any off them.

Some of cafcass agents are absolutely lovely from what I hear from others, however hes is a racist agent that I was facing myself while the agent ignored all clear evidence and leaving my child in a bad environment as drug use, assault and much more, that agent I am going to call (J.D), this person is absolutely racist abusing child wishes to spend more time with the parents as mentioned after asking the question and not only abusing child's but menthaly abusing parent, grand parents (family).
I haven't heard from my son for 2 and half years despite writing him many times. I am in procedure to a complaint against that agent. Cafcass are not here for the best interests for the child but here to keep away parents that really care about their own children as they don't want children to have both parents setting them up accusing freely a parent that here for the love of their children. Now the ex partner has blocked my contact so I can't ask anything and despite contacting some services to hear from the child they absolutely dont care. What services is that for the best of a child. Racism, descrimination, child abuse, mental abuse is all cause certain person in service and should not be working for the family services and should leave and leave children alone if they don't hear their wishes. Cafcass used my disabilities against me breaching the Equality act 2010. I complained but they claimed they did not know about my disabilities which was not true. I complained to the Ombudsman who said we only deal with admin errors. They suggested taking them to court but I do not have 150k to take them to court. Cafcass are a law on to themselves.

CAFCASS is not fit for purpose. Let’s call it what it is: a dangerously incompetent and ideologically corrupted organisation that routinely fails children and destroys families. They operate behind a veil of authority, yet leave a trail of devastation in their wake and worst of all, they know exactly what they’re doing.

They enable parental alienation, they ignore court orders, they side with abusers, and they silence protective parents. Time and time again, CAFCASS staff produce biased, inaccurate, copy-and-paste reports that show a total disregard for truth or consequence. They treat serious allegations of emotional abuse, coercive control, manipulation of children as “he said, she said,” unless it fits their narrative. Evidence? They cherry-pick or ignore it. A child begging to see their dad? Brushed aside. A mother playing games with contact? Reframed as “concern.” The result? Innocent parents are pushed out of their children’s lives while CAFCASS calls it “child’s best interests.”

They’ve turned the family court into a theatre of cruelty. If you’re a father, expect suspicion. If you’re struggling with trauma caused by their own failures or abuse caused in your relationship, expect it to be used against you. If you challenge them? Expect to be painted as aggressive or uncooperative.

And where does all this lead? To broken homes, mental health collapse, and children growing up with holes in their hearts. CAFCASS doesn’t just fail it causes harm. Measurable, permanent, psychological harm. There are parents who’ve taken their own lives after their children were stolen from them under CAFCASS’s watch. How many more need to die before someone listens?

How do these people sleep at night? How do you sit behind your desks, stamp out another lazy report, and go home knowing you’ve helped tear a child from their parent? Do you tell yourselves you're "just following policy"? That you’re “child-centred”? What a grotesque lie.

CAFCASS is a national disgrace. And every MP, every judge, and every worker who continues to ignore the damage you are complicit. Reform is no longer enough. This institution must be dismantled, exposed, and replaced with something that serves children, not egos, ideology, or statistics.

Until that happens, CAFCASS will remain what it truly is: a organisation dedicated to feeding off family breakdown, leaving devastation in its path.

Cafcass need investigating, and to be shut down, their incompetence is blatant when they're seething at the gums when talking.

Named on police file as someone else also a further 6 aliases and a total of 3 different dob. Deliberately put children at risk. Whereby I shall go public if anymore attempts to conceal what they have done are made. They should take this as the last warning.

Father has a history with the police but didn’t even question why they could not trace a file for him.

Can only do one police check per person even if it’s necessary to do further checks no la checks done on father. No wonder children end up dead at the hands of there child abusers

When asked why they lied then ran and ask nyas to now deal with it after attempting to have me held in contempt of court with no evidence they have no comment other than they are no longer a party of proceedings
