Absolutely corrupt and waste of space institution. Don’t ever fall at their hands and hold the whoever does your report accountable. These people are sole destroyers of the family unit.

Leeds based Dawn Charlesworth of…

Leeds based Dawn Charlesworth of Cafcass makes one sided, biased reports and lies under oath.
Her manager Jodie Rees supports these one sided reports.
Dawn also promotes child sex abusers having unsupervised contact with children.
They are government funded, self regulated, lanyard wearing monsters.

Record every interaction with these creatures as lying is as easy as breathing to them.

Horrible

Officer Ms Jennifer Riding, North West, had clear bias. Made recommendations that have negatively affected the children and placed them in life threatening danger, despite all the evidence and documented abuse. It’s horrible that Cafcass has no accountability and this person is allowed to continue causing distress.

Absolute utter disgrace. SCUM OF THE EARTH

Disgrace of an organisation that needs abolished! Nothing but praying mantis's that seem to think that it's safe for my poor 7 year old son to live with a jobless, drugged up, petulant idiot witnessing countless arguments with his poison girlfriend. He runs upstairs crying as he is scared. Yet there is me that works 9-6 everyday to put a roof over our heads actually bringing in an income and provides a lovely home for my son. But yet I am a risk because I sadly had a miscarriage at 6 months gestation and my mental suffered. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU EXPECT A PERSON TO FEEL AFTER GOING THROUGH A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE?! WAS IT THE LACK OF CART WHEELS I WAS DOING IN THE COURT ROOM? Jenny Finlayson the allocated officer was a complete nightmare that didn't listen to a single thing and never took my concerns on board, it was all about me and not his dad who is the biggest waste of space in our home town. Mark my words, I WILL come out on top at the next hearing with MY SOLICITOR. Nothing but total jobsworths that haven't got a brain between their lugs. Never will have mine and my sons fate in the hands of them. IDIOTS

Disappointing

My experience with Cafcass (Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service) has been extremely disappointing. I found the process to feel very one-sided, with reports that appeared biased and not fully reflective of the situation. There seemed to be a lack of meaningful engagement, and I did not feel properly listened to or understood.

Communication was also a significant issue. Phone calls were not returned, and there was little effort made to maintain consistent contact. This made an already stressful situation even more difficult to manage.

I was particularly concerned about the tone of some of the comments made in reports, which came across as dismissive and, at times, insensitive. There did not seem to be enough consideration given to the emotional impact these statements can have on families.

Overall, my experience with Cafcass has been negative. I believe there needs to be greater effort towards balanced assessments, improved communication, and a more empathetic approach when dealing with families in vulnerable positions.

Overall good

I think that if you are dealing with a family court matter understandably emotions are going to be running very very high as are stress levels, especially when they relate to children. Having read the multiple nightmare reviews on here I was very on edge about my appointment with Cafcass. The downsides: the appointment was made incredibly close to the deadline making the process more stressful and giving me practically no time to prepare my position statement after the section 7. My section 7 appointment also only lasted 30 minutes which meant the depth of the case and the details were missed.
Now onto the good sides: the officer was very friendly and warm. Although it is important to remember this is not a casual conversation, he was very easy to speak to. I think he was capable of reading between lines without me needing to sound entrenched. The clue here is in your preparation. I think most of of us place a lot of responsibility on Cafcass, understandably. If Is my opinion that they, have a framework that they work within and it is our job as the parent to understand that and make it work best for us. It is a system that is a blame, not Cafcass as a standalone. One of my children was very anxious about talking to him, but again, he was really kind to her and put her at ease which naturally made the process slightly less stressful as I was worried about the impact it would have. They won’t be interested in mudslinging, you can convey your point effectively in a different way. I hope after my journey finishes, I can help people with strategy and guidance in this regard because I feel that this was a key to the recommendations that were made in the report. It wasn’t perfect, but it did just enough and as long as the outcome is ultimately a positive one, and the children are happy, this is the main goal. So if you are in a situation where you have an upcoming safeguarding interview or section 7, I know it’s as difficult and I know you shouldn’t need to think tactically, but you must put in the time and you must do the research to assist in getting the best possible outcome.

Was in Family court with social services trying to take my children the Cafcass worker had never spoke or even met my children and admitted that and still encouraged removal based on the social workers view and no evidence.

If I could give no stars I would, professional???? unbiased????? more one-sided disgusting behavior, telling a mother that she has done wrong whilst protecting her child from a disclosure the child made 🙄 the mother took professional advise & did everything by the book so receive comments from a Cafcass [professional] saying she was wrong is absolutely disgusting 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Sickening Experience.

Sickening Experience.

I asked for 50/50 access as a father being faced with control and coercion.

My case was, as said by Dorset Cafcass’ manager Elizabeth Clegg, wasn’t urgent. However, when I took a court order out to remove Cafcass based on their incompetence, the next day Ms Clegg takes out an emergency order against me.

She was able to construct a report based on zero evidence that I was a threat to my child. She only part succeeded as I was still ‘allowed’ to take my daughter abroad a week later.

She and her mother ruined a lovely relationship. Sickos.

This is my second review

This is my second review, after Cafcass asked me to take down the first one and not to name and shame their staff. (which i refuse)

They have a problem with taking accountability and spreading unfactual lies.

Yet when i talk the truth, they want it removed.

I will continue to tell the truth about Cafcass all over the internet and in person.

Save your threats, you took my children and left them with a drug addicted narcissistic abuser. I lost everything, your threats dont scare anyone.

PARENTAL ALIENATION DONT EXIST WHEN IT COMES FROM THE MUM, even with evidence to prove.

Concentrate on the children. Scumbags

Cafcass fails women and children

I made it clear my children and I had been abused. Abuse was ongoing. His access to them was a control technique, continuing the coercive control. They made out that it wasn’t serious enough, ignored the giant red flags and provable lies. Funnily enough 5 years later the police are taking it very seriously and he could see prison time.
Bravo Cafcass, failing women and children to suffer MORE abuse because you cannot do your job properly. 5 MORE years because of you.

I'll be blunt and straight to the…

I'll be blunt and straight to the point. These idiots who have been hurting my child and me for almost four years... even though they received 100% proof from the very beginning—video recordings, photos, messages, etc.—still block me from contacting my son cuz mimy expecting this. They complitely ignored every breaching living uk with my son without my permission when the court order was stated on previous cases, she took my son to school with no contact me to talk about it, she ignored previous order that my brother was alowed to contact her regarding my son( last time when he sent a text message can I spend a day on Christmas with my son she call police for breaking rules with not existing even and I landed in arrest and then was apologised by inspector police after my complaint. She not get any consequences for lying and still doing that. After sent her many messages ( all regarding my son his school and wellness with no aggression all badly treated) police knock to my door and handcuffed me for treating to kill, harassment and trying kidnap my child. All evidence was passed to them on my phone to prove it was a lying on me again. I was put on bail with was extended yesterday and I haven’t get my phone back even after two months right now. For cafcass is only important that I was arrested no matter for nothing and no one of them don’t care.I was told by the judge that I was not be in jail it doesn’t mean I not go there.. WTF that was mean?? Hopefully there will be time when the law will be change and all that guys who hurting parents and them children with them full knowledge what they do will landing in the same jail room with all the fathers locked for loving and fighting for them children.

A 1 star review so far to complimentary…

A 1 star review so far to complimentary to this organisation. From the very beginning the carcass office and in particular a poorly qualified person has failed to handle my partners case in line with regulations relating to parental alienation and domestic abuse. She has laughed off a victim and stated she must stop being fixated on the abuse and have been pandering to the narcissist parent who has initiated the situation. While a mountain of evidence exists to prove narcissistic abuse and parental alienation she (from the same department who are responsible for the death of an 8yo boy) has discredited and ridiculed the victims.

She is completely unqualified for the job and once our complaint for all appropriate channels are followed through her arrest will be sought.

Cafcass has been deeply distressing

My experience with Cafcass has been deeply distressing and, in my view, lacking in balance.
During lengthy family court proceedings, I felt allegations against me were treated as established fact despite later court findings and a successful High Court appeal. Recommendations made by Cafcass had a significant impact on my relationship with my child and caused serious emotional and financial strain.
I fully support safeguarding where genuine concerns exist, but I believe there needs to be greater accountability, proportionality, and evidential balance within the system. No parent should feel unheard or mischaracterised during proceedings involving their child.

If i coukd give 0 i would

If i could 0 i would. Tick box culture. The whole family court system needs to become transparent!! So corruption can be seen. If your a genral victim they dont care about u at all. System desighned to erdaicate father by slowly taking away thier human rights. If you a man that has had any abuse its abnormal and they wont belive u at all if you evidence still wont.

Cafcass behaviours are criminal.

This is not a civilised society with the Cafcass/family court we have. Abolish & start again completely. All familiy members need fairness . Children need balance. It’s absolutely disgusting how Cafcass take unsupported comments for truth and the children are cut off from a loving parent whilst the one with the custody gets benefits money & complete control. Shameful backward system & country
