Very prompt and easy service with my purchase and a polite and speedy response to resolve my complaint regarding a free offer introduced just after my purchase.
I will certainly be using Buzzflyer again in the future.

I have been buying helicopters and parts from Buzzflyer for many years.

Like everyone else I started out fresh, these guys were always available and fast with a resolve when things went wrong.

I read the bad responses on here and I can sympathise but you have to understand these guys can't teach you to fly a model they can't hold your hand when you take it out of a box and fire it up make a wronf input it tips over and breaks, I have never found these guys to be rude or put me last.
I would always deal with Buzzflyer because I can guarantee that at the end of the day they work hard to sell you the right thing and will not rip you off like some online sellers

Bought a Honeybee CP3, which subsequently developed a fatal fault.

Phoned and was appalled to be accused of mistreating it without any evidence. The guy on the phone was arrogant and disrespectful, rarely have I had such terrible treatment as thanks for spending my hard earned money.

Eventually got a full refund of the purchase price but to this day they still owe me the return postage that they are obliged to pay under UK law.

Still furious to this day, and would like to see them put out of business. Do not buy from these people they do not deserve your money.

Update: they saw this review, and offered to pay £20 goodwill... in exchange for taking this review down. Make of that what you will. Too little too late imho.

The original purchase was Aug 2013, the product refund happened Oct 2013.

Excellent delivery service. Problem with Quadcoptor manufacturing fault. Advised to return. Posted and returned in 5 days. Working perfectly. Wish all were as good especially to Northern Ireland. David

Used BuzzFlyer.co.uk 5 times now for various replacement helicopter parts. Always had a good experience, email order updates, and a super fast delivery time. All in all a very efficient company.

Always prepared to help,even had a plug and play built by them at no cost and was done next day.

On every phone call. just keep in mind they are a busy company. They receive a lot of calls every day and to answer all the questions not much else would get done. Utube and heli forums will help you out .The Chinese manuals don't help, it's a hobby that can get you frustrated 10 fold.don't give up and give buzz flyer a chance.

Firstly let me say the transaction was superb, My new DJI450 Naza Lite quadcopter arrived quickly and they changed an incorrect item without question. I had read some very positive reviews of the company but they were quite old and I can only assume that now they're on the crest of the multirotor wave, they can't cope and the customer service has suffered.
I assembled the kit and, when I couldn't get it running tried to get help. They are very reluctant to talk to you on the phone and eventually [Name] sent me an email with a sheet of settings. He also said I should download Naza Assistant V2.14. This wasted a day because I later found that the model I bought won't use this version.
I've now managed to get most of the settings working myself and today tried to get a bit of final telephone help. I was astounded at the offhand manner with which I was treated. The lady on the phone said I shouldn't really have bought a kit if I didn't know what I was doing! She also said that [Name] was with a customer who was spending thousands, so couldn't be disturbed and that I should send an email. He didn't reply to the last one so I thought it was pointless. The icing on the cake was when [Name] (the director) said that if it wasn't working properly then it was due to my lack of experience, because they'd set up hundreds of them and had no trouble.
Basically, you get a sheet of settings and then you're on your own. If it doesn't work it's your fault.
The conclusion of this is that I am deeply dissatisfied with the treatment I have received, I can't remember when I have experienced such arrogance and poor customer service.
If you are starting on this exciting new hobby then I would strongly advise going elsewhere if you are likely to need after sales advice.
I'm an experienced electronic engineer, designing medical equipment for the International Space Station, so it's not as if I'm without relevant knowledge!

Felt I needed to post a review for these guys - excellent service and very quick despatch and delivery for their products. Ordered some batteries for my Nine Eagles yesterday on Bank Hol and they're now marked as despatched - before 9am the following day! Great communications too. Haven't had any direct contact as yet but from what others have put, I'm sure they're very helpful.

INDEED Very nice guys there @ BUZZFLYER, i had and still have buzzflyer heli from them and they still provide good service and FAST DELIVERY as they promise and a lot of advice if you need, i was a novice when I start using heli`s and they help and i lkearn to fly heli`s along seit them, and i live far from them, so I recommend them to anyone EVEN BEGINNERS who never had a Heli in their life and wanna start fly one .....yea...go BUZZFLYER they will HELP.

I am continually impressed by the service from Buzzflyer. Always very prompt and helpful. Very reasonable prices, and plenty of good advice too! I will go to Buzzflyer for all my helicopter needs and would refer others to them also.

Very helpful bunch of guys. Always send stuff out for next day delivery - which is great when you're as skillful as I am with a helicopter! lol
