SCAM
After placing order waited many weeks just to find out they had cancelled due to their inability to ship to Australia unlike how they had shown a delivery option to there SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY

On checking our records, we feel that this review not an accurate representation of the timeline of events. An order was first placed with us on the 29th January 2023. We made contact with you by email the following day, in person, in which we confirmed it was not possible to fulfil your order due to limitations imposed by our shipping partner.
Unfortunately, we cannot send batteries (or orders containing batteries) to Australia, due to the requirement for air travel and the policies enforced by our provider. We made you aware of this promptly and a full refund was issued that same day, within one day of your initial order. Our email to you was sent at 9:27 on 30th January 2023, with the refund processed shortly after.
We can only apologise that our ordering system allowed you to place an order for that item in your location, and strive to make changes to our shopping basket in the future, to prevent the same situation occurring again for other customers. It also powers down without warning for no reason, and had a sticky rotary menu wheel. Having spoken with Janet, I'll be sending it back in original pagan and requesting a refund.

Hello Sean,
Thank you for your call yesterday. The Taranis X9D is shipped with firmware which was current when leaving the factory, and as such, may need updating to support the latest specifications. We suspect that firmware is the root cause of your problem with binding, which can be easily resolved by following the manufacturer’s instructions. For clarity, the latest Taranis firmware for both Radio OS and the ISRM RF Module can be found over on their website:

Instructions on how to update the firmware can be found in the user manual, also available on the same page. The Taranis X9D is shipped without a battery in the package, and therefore we suspect a battery issue (or incompatibility with the battery you are using) if your unit is powering down. If this is the cause, the same unit from another provider will result in the same problem. We recommend trying a different battery, if possible.
The sticky rotary wheel is certainly a concern for us, and one we are happy to address by sending a replacement unit. Whilst we understand your frustration with the product and it not meeting your expectations, we will always work with customers to support where best we can. Should you require any further help with this do get in touch, either by phone, email or through our online ticketing system.
Again, we can only apologise about the problems you've had, and that you felt the service that you received from us was unsatisfactory. If there's anything else that we can help you with, just let us know.
