Never consider buying! Worst customer service and shipping I ever experienced!

Very poor customer service.bought drone part from BuzzFlyer few weeks ago now. Part didn't work as should. Contacted by email with no reply. £68 out of pocket. DONT RECOMMEND

Reliable web=shop. Fast delivery to the Netherlands.
They still sell parts for older helicopters as to where other shops dropped the ball and switched to drones completely. Prices are more than reasonable, as is their cost for shipping. Thank you very much guys!!!

I'd decided on an Autel EVO2 Pro 6K and I wanted a tailored package to fit my requirements. Amazon and Ebay came close but neither of them could offer the exact package I required.
After speaking with John he came back to me with exactly what I wanted and with a competitive quote.
I payed on Friday, midday, and a very well packed UAV was with me Saturday on a pre-11am delivery.
All I can say is that my requirements and expectations were fulfilled from first contact to purchase and delivery.

Highly recommended. I wanted an excellent service for my money and I received it in spades.

Just purchased a new cinewhoop of these guys, Had it within a few days, have used them before and as usual good decent service. Have used them for repairs and recommended family members to use also . Good stuff guys , don't crash this one as much, have become quite a good acro fpv pilot.

I had a problem with the last shipment and they solved it perfectly.
I have bought several times and everything is perfect.

I have used buzzflyer on a number of occasions now. There service has always been very good. I bought a couple of bits the day before Christmas Eve. Received them on Christmas Eve. And all during the pandemic.

brilliant, sometimes its worth paying the proper price and getting the proper product and not try and get to much of a deal, i deal with loads of companies buzzflyer one of the best.

Fantastic customer service !!! We bought a Mavic 2 and needed advice on a few things as we were novices, you wont find a more helpful customer services anywhere not only did they know literally everything about the drone they really took time explaining to me how to do loads of things.

you cant find service like this anywhere else these days the delivery was super fast and the drone is incredible, the fact that I can pick up the phone and they will help me is I think a superb element to Buzzflyer I cannot recommend them highly enough top notc h!!!

Ordered a fight controller stack on the 11th. Ordered many other parts from many other suppliers on the same day. Most came the same week. Order from this company has still not arrived. Got a tracking number with Royal Mail which does not track. Wrote to Buzzflyer but no response. Going to call a third time to check on when the product will arrive. Lost a week not being able to do anything because of this.
Still waiting.

Excellent service all round. I have bought a fair number of platforms and kit from them over the last few years. They are always helpful and above all know what they are doing. Platforms are all tested and plenty of help and advice is forthcoming.

Used twice before review and no problem delivery fast and on time, will use again with peace of mind.Helpfull customer service too.

I had been unsatisfied following a call with BuzzFlyer, however this was smoothed over and sorted subsequently. I have ordered from BuzzFlyer numerous times and they are usually very accommodating and the service is good, so I think my last experience was a one off and will continue to use them.

I have purchased a DJI S900, two DJI Phantoms and lots of spares etc over the last two years with Buzzflyer and have always found them brilliant. The build quality on my S900 was superb, the handover brilliant, the staff friendly and the advice always good.
This week I sent them a Phantom to have the motors replaced, I posted it on Wednesday and it was back, done by Friday - amazing!
