1st time I've ordered from this company and what can I say apart from how grateful the help and support I received with a birthday gift for my son I emailed them as I was worried I wouldn't receive his gift in time so he wasnt disappointed they sent another gift fast tracked for next day delivery so I have it in time and i send the other gift back when it arrives brilliant service will definitely shop here again

Really happy about my experience. Purchased the Professional Ionic Hair Dryer from Harrods a while ago but the cord is broken. For Health & Safety, I contacted Harrods to arrange a replacement however, was told that this item is discontinued.

I already own many other Jose Eber styling tools and am glad that a replacement can be arranged with you. Massive thank you to Rod Irom for arranging this, the replacement has arrived within 2 days!

I cannot fault the price and speed of delivery. However, the main factor that distinguishes a good retailer from a nefarious one is the old adage of customer service. In this case, there was none.

Trying to return an item was like playing tag with a fox. Buzz tried to hide behind their own made-up terms and conditions that have no bearing in UK retail law. In particular, distance selling regulations and sale of goods act.

In no uncertain terms I was told that they would not accept any return from me and I was wasting everyone's time. That's when PayPal stepped in and they instructed me to return the item to their address.

I sent the package with tracking to Buzz and they refused to sign or collect the item (very childish) and PayPal gave them ample time to respond, which they didn't. So ultimately the case went in my favour.

So all in all, seriously weigh up if saving a few quid is actually worth it and avoid these unscrupulous people.

I will rate 5 star in spite of the experience as been a strange at one point... So, I have order a ghd glide hot brush (cheaper than anywhere else! so definitely worth the try... I thought in spite of being a bit reluctant with the terrible reviews). I did my order on the 11 April 2020 and received it today (21 April 2020 by parcel force). The strange point was that on the 17th April they sent me a fake tracking number from Hermes saying that the order had already been delivered... this got me really stressed but after 5 minutes they sent me another valid number... However, on the 19th they wrote me an email saying that Hermes didnt pick my order so they would send my parcel instead by parcel force. I was a bit worried still, but yesterday they sent me the tracking number and today I got the brush... It is in impeccable condition with receipt and manufacturer guarantee of 2 years.
From my experience, I believe that buzz-retail is still a 'green' not yet very organised company but legit and I would buy from them again... If you are worried do your purchases with paypal.

I was quite sceptical about buying from this company as i saw some negative reviews on here, but decided to risk it and pay by paypal. I bought ring doorbell from them at £20 cheaper than everywhere else.. received my item exactly 7 days after ordering ( there was 2 bank holidays in between and in the middle of covid19 pandemic). My order was delivered by parcelforce and box and invoice was showing different company 50five.co.uk, which seems like legit smart home device company.. not sure if theres anything dogdy happening here but im very happy with my purchase!

Ordered a Tommee Tippee machine from them, as they had one in white "in stock". After 12 days of waiting, I have still not received my machine. The only thing I have received is excuses. First, I was told that the machine has been delayed due to delays with manufacturer, and that there was going to be a 1 week lead time for them to receive the machine, however, they had a black one "in stock", if i wanted that one, they can send it to me asap. I told them that they can ship me the black one, but 3 days later they messaged me that they decided to wait rather than sending me the black unit, as they have now received the white unit, and will send me the white unit. I have still not received any delivery information or delivery.
Getting tired of their lies, poor service - should have ordered it somewhere else!!

On the surface this is a great site offering top quality goods at knockdown prices. My whisky order was fulfilled in under 48 hours and came with an unexpected branded mug and magazine. The outer packaging had a small hole in it but no impact on items.

I am concerned by the number of negative reviews and what appear to be fake reviews but my experience has been near-perfect. I still have a nagging doubt about how these discounts are funded so my advice is to only use PayPal and remain vigilant.

I bought my Epson printer from this website, which is working great and after looking around at the cost of inks I found they were as good as anybody on price. I got the printer 2 days after ordering which is very quick considering the free shipping charge.
