Its been a year now and they have not settled my earnings after wasting time and money on ads. complete scam. No customer support

Complete scam artists. They have had my money 11 weeks. I have nothing. They do not answer any messages and you only get to speak to a bot. Dont bother wasting your money

This site is horrible. Been waiting for over a month for my order and no one has responded to the 3 emails I've sent. Just horrible! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have been working on WED2C for the last 2 years and spent much on advertising its products but still haven,t received a single order. It clearly mentions that the people do not trust this platform for its poor services and management. I would recommend to the new users that WED2C is just the waste of time and money, instead adopt another dropshipping platforms which are trustable such as Shopify, Woocommerce Etc

Customer service is appalling! Products don’t arrive as advertised, all crammed into a plastic bag and were crushed and damaged on arrival. I emailed and sent pics with no response so I raised a dispute through PayPal and now they are hounding me and telling me none of it is their problem!

This company commits fraud. If you didn’t receive a package you ordered it’s because they are using the same shipping label for multiple orders. I am having this issue right now and PayPal is ignoring the proof that I provided. I contacted the post office about the package in question and they told me my address wasn’t on the label. It took five weeks to get any update on shipping progress, I never received a confirmation email from wed2c about my order. I have emails from the post office and a voicemail where they informed me that two different addresses were used for the same shipping label and that this is something that has been happening a lot. There should be an investigation into this company.

I have found it easier to set up and now waiting sales.

Ordered a safety keychain set and it took 25 days to arrive even though they claim fast shipping (they didn’t disclose that they were actually in China). When set arrived, the description had stated 2 items were part of the set that actually weren’t. 3 of the items in the set are decorative only and not functional (the perfume bottle cannot be opened and filled, the kubaton has rhinestones all over it and they cause the tip to be somewhat obstructed and the shape with the rhinestones make it an awkward fit in your hand so isn’t functional and the coin purse has a small hole in the bottom when unzipped). They also advertised a 30 day return policy but didn’t want to allow me to return the set. I filed a dispute through my payment method used and then they were only willing to agree to offer a refund if I fully pay to return the set out of my pocket, which is almost as much as what they charged for the set, despite the fact some items don’t work and they falsely advertised other items and services. I would highly recommend not purchasing from this site.

Total scam-never delivered what I ordered. Claimed the address was defective when it wasn't or that failed to deliver because I was not home when I live in an apartment buiding with 24/7 staff

It's kinda neat, but support is completely useless. I texted them asking about a few things, they replied to me "Pls wait a while". Then, they suggested I write a message to their e-mail. Pointless. Anyways, the shop itself is kinda good 👍
