Took my grandsons to Santa’s Grotto, in Harrods, last Christmas. Saw a toy there and purchased two, from you, this Christmas. They were a success but one stopped working in January. Having read your excellent reviews, made contact in February. Received an email, offering to send a replacement part, within the hour! It arrived a week later in the post, and was the best customer service I have ever had, thank you.

Amazing Service! Ordered a Lego set for my son's birthday. Estimated for delivery in 3-5 days but came the next day. The set is brand new and all in perfect condition, can't fault it! Thank you!!

Ordered the Lego Mustang and was £25 cheaper than anywhere else and came within 3 days, only downside was website tracking didn't work but i used the DHL delivery tracking instead and that worked fine. would use again without hesitation

I'm a little dubious of this company, I ordered a Philips Hue light bar, the order was marked as 'Shipped' about 2 hours after ordering so all seemed good.

Nothing received 6 days later (3-4 days shipping) so I contacted them, I was informed there was a delay and it wouldn't be shipped until a week later (despite being marked as shipped). In the end it took about 3 weeks before the product arrived. The product had come from some German online retailer.

The order tracking link also requires you to enter the first 12 digits of your card number which screams Phishing to me.

I ordered a lego set for £86 on the Sunday evening. The next cheapest retailer was £110. It arrived on the Wednesday morning. No complaints.

Ordered a pair of ghd hair straighteners was abit worried after ordering and finding trust pilot which I can now see that I was wrong and most reviews aint even about them its another buzz retail, dont get it twisted like I did buzz-retail is da bomb thank you, also a big shout out to there customer services a lady called Jessica your a star.

So it was my first time ordering with Buzz Retail and I had a problem with 1 item in my delivered order. Jessica from Buzz Retail customer service was brilliant; she contacted the company (Philips) over my Philips Hue Play Bar complaint and they were quick to respond and replace my item.

Because of this, I have rated my experience with Buzz Retail as a 5 star, as this is the service you expect for this rating.

I will use Buzz Retail again.

Can't get over how good the customer service is. I had a problem with an item I bought a little while after it was delivered. I contacted customer service over the weekend and got a response within a couple of hours, and they were able to rectify the problem within 48 hours. Best customer service I've ever had from an online retailer.

I was a little bit sceptical about using this company as there was no phone number on the website and the address looked like a residential area but they had the best price for the Lego set I wanted so I paid for it using Paypal and waited to see what would happen. I emailed Buzz Retailer for an estimated delivery time and they got back to me the same day. The Lego arrived really fast in Costco packaging and it's the real thing in brand new, unopened condition. I'm delighted with the price and speed of delivery and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I've been looking at buying some Lego to keep me occupied while cooked up inside the majority of the time. Price comparison site showed Buzz Retail had the cheapest price for the set I wanted, substantially so.

I was a bit sceptical after reading some of the reviews on Trustpilot, but there were a few positive reviews so took a punt with my credit card. I received a prompt shipment email after a few hours. After 5 working days of receiving no emails I mailed their customer services who promptly replied to my email and told me it was shipped and should arrive the next day, providing a shipment ref number.

The next day my Lego set arrived in pristine condition. Odd it was shipped from Costco, but it's arrived, that's what counts in the end.

Will use Buzz Retail again.

Ordered a vacuum cleaner on 24/8/20. Still waiting on it! Emailed customer service several times , told it would be here no later than yesterday! Still not arrived! Emailed again asking for refund....no one will reply!

Order a lego 17101 set from this retailer and the item arrived just as desbriced and was the real deal. the price was very competetive compared to other high street retailer. keep up the good work buzz!

Ordered a product from this site and it came the next day. Exactly as described. Would recommend.

After over a month trying to get a refund for a faulty product, I went through Paypal to make a claim.
I was instructed to return the item to their address - which I did (At a cost of around £9) what a surprise when they refused to accept it (It was returned as addressee unknown).
This means that they knowingly asked me to return the item to a false address to delay my paypal refund and cost me money, resulting in me not having the item and also being out of pocket. What a waste of time. I would advise anyone to avoid using this (likely scam) "company" that is not registered as a company in the UK.
