Ordered a Tassimo coffee machine on Oct…

Ordered a Tassimo coffee machine on Oct 4th, got an email on 6th saying it’s shipped. Over a week later it hasn’t arrived & I am being ignored by the “customer service” team trying to track my item. I’m a nurse who can’t afford to be scammed out of £60 of my hard earned money
No contact number available just an email & no one replies
Will raise a dispute with PayPal

I received an email from Jessica in customer services explaining that my order had an attempted delivery on 10th Oct by Parcel Force. They however had not left me a calling card so I was unaware. She gave me the consignment info & I called Parcel Force & spoke to a super helpful chap
I finally tracked my machine down to a post office a few miles from home. So I take back the initial poor feedback as it was NOT the fault of Buzz - although they didn’t respond to my initial contact but I may have used the wrong address
Anyway machine is fab, daughter thrilled & better still it was £37 cheaper than Amazon

Wow - next day free delivery

Wow! I ordered Nike shoes for £25 less than anywhere else on Friday morning and they were delivered next day on Saturday with free delivery ! Just amazing - thank you! 👍

Great price and fab service

Great price on a magnum of Grey Goose - at least £10 cheaper than elsewhere and no delivery costs. Order placed Wednesday; delivered Friday - cannot fault them at all, excellent service!

Purchased a HDD from Buzz-Retail

Purchased a HDD from Buzz-Retail, was delivered quickly by Sports Direct, looking at it further it was actually an order they placed with Game using a yahoo email account with my name on to come directly to me.

They are buying goods for more than they are selling them according to the receipt in the package so something isn't right there and combine it with their form to collect unprotected card details and you know you're on to something fishy.

My suggestion is if you have provided card details to use their tracking service, notify your bank straight away. I've contacted the form company that is hosting the data and they shut it down within the hour. I run a multimillion pound online retail operation and even we don't go through all the hoops that payment providers do to store card details like that so I'd be very surprised if Buzz do.

I'm sure there will be some counter to this but the fact their account and form was closed instantly from my report shows how serious these breaches are.

Edit 21/09/22: I'd received the following from Trustpilot - buzz-retail has flagged your review as being defamatory, so it’s been temporarily moved offline. As a result I had to provide screenshots of everything I'd discussed above. All were accepted by Trustpilot as supported facts and the review was reinstated. As for communication, the report by them to Trustpilot is the only communication we have had and that was purely in their interest to remove my review and not to better their service. I have no intention to discuss it further with them but it suggests that you cannot trust any of their review responses.

Thank you for your review, however it seems you are getting us mixed with another company, we have tried to reach out to you via email and phone and have had no reply. The companies you mentioned in your review, we do not recognise and have no dealings with directly. So it seems you are getting our order mixed up with another retailer. You are getting us mixed up with (multiple retailers) a sports retailer and a game retailer and you purchased a hard drive from us so there seems to be some confusion.

Also you mention a tracking page which ask for card details, again, we have no such tracking function available on our website. We provide customers with tracking updates every step of the way until dispatch via email. We have a contact form on our website which customers use to contact us with their order number and email address. We have no other order tracking form (like you mention in your review) on our website. We would request you look into this again.

We kindly request that you place this review on the correct Trustpilot page.

Edit 21/09/22: We have contacted this buyer via email and phone to which we have had no response (we have email trails to prove). We have received an email from Trustpilot to state they have requested the "reviewer" to amend this review. As mentioned in our reply above, we have no such order tracking form (so there should be no documentation to show) nor we have any dealings with the companies mentioned in the review. Also please note we have had no return request from the buyer so the item has been delivered as described and being used.

Once again we have replied to Trustpilot with our concerns, however from past experience, as Trustpilot is a free to use public website/service, ANYONE from ANY part of the world can leave reviews on ANY website or Trustpilot page without actually verifying a purchase/experience or its contents.

We will not be engaging with any further replies to this review.

That was a good shopping experience…

That was a good shopping experience authentic product for much less than elsewhere,very fast delivery and the only thing I wasn’t happy about is awkward tracking….. Who ask fo 12 digit of debit card used for order to track your item??? Not that I gave that,never would . Can’t track like that and until product came and I confirmed it was authentic I was convinced it is a scam because of that required tracking info.

Lost My Data. Didn't Care. Didn't Help

Atrocious. There is clearly some bad trading going on. Apparently a data breach via a third party had my order and personal details shared but they just couldn't care less. Another legitimate business got involved (Power Tools UK), where apparently fraudulent orders had been placed with my details, and they confirmed for me that the fraud office had been contacted to investigate. Buzz just couldn't care less. They couldn't supply any GDPR policies nor were willing to help with the money I lost as a result of their data breach. Will never be using again and I suggest others seriously consider giving any data to this company! Have reported to ICO.

EDIT. In response to Buzz' comment about me being grossly mistaken. Unfortunately I can't upload evidence to Trust Pilot, however if you find my Google review I've copied in both the confirmation from Buzz themselves of a data breech which is also a message to me on their website portal; and PowerToolsUK confirming suspicious activity from Buzz Retail. Not convinced I can be mistaken with this.

If they come back with "we're a different company". They're not. The company listed here is the same URL as the one we've dealt with, not the similarly named toy company. I can't believe they're still trying to cover their tracks and confuse people reading my review.

Whilst editing this I've also noticed that Google may have a different company, but this TrustPilot page genuinely directs to the retailer I used. If the person replying is from the toy company, they need to get a separate page for their business (and perhaps contact Google about getting a separate page for Buzz-Retail on Google).

I ordered a golf watch from Buzz Retail

I ordered a golf watch from Buzz Retail on 5 August 2022, on 5 day delivery. I have not received it and it is now 18 August. I have tried to phone them numerous times without a response. I have also tried to contact them via their website, which promises a response in 48 hours, twice - again there has been no reply!
This is either an appalling level of customer service or a scam.
My recommendation is not to purchase anything from Buzz Retail.

I have not received the email mentioned by Buzz Retail in their response to my review!
They have now emailed me stating that they have refunded the £95.99 purchase price of the golf watch I ordered. I have checked with my credit card provider and there has not been any refund.

Further to Buzz Retail’s latest comments I responded to Buzz Retail via the Contact Us link on their website, so they should definitely have been in receipt of my queries and comments. The phone number I was using to call them was the number from their own website 02037272388.
I look forward to receiving the refund of £95.99 on my credit card. I will update this review regarding the receipt of the refund or otherwise.

Yesterday I was offered a screen shot of the refund document by Buzz Retail, and now being very suspicious of this company, I said I would like a screen shot. Guess what I still have not received it.
Watch this space as I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW REGARDING THIS MATTER UNTIL I AM IN RECEIPT OF THE REFUND.

Well I am pleased to say I am now in receipt of the refund from Buzz Retail, thanks. But, if I want something for a particular date, I will go to a shop in future and not rely on promised dates of delivery from online retailers!

Firstly please accept our apologies for the item not being delivered to you, upon tracking your item, the parcel was damaged in transit and returned back to us on the 15th of August, we did send you an email asking whether you wanted a refund or replacement to which we did not get a reply.

You state you have been calling us, however we do not provide telephone support and we do not have any contact numbers on our website so please double check as you may have been calling another business/company. We provide 24/7 email support. Also having checked, we have had any emails from your email address so please again double check the email address you were sending the emails too. Our email address is "info@buzz-retail.com" and "customerservice@buzz-retail.com" both of which can be found on our website.

We do again apologies as the courier damaged the parcel in transit and was deemed undeliverable by them.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed by sending us an email to the emails mentioned above.

Update: The customer was sending emails to the wrong email address and was calling the wrong company, as mentioned above we do not have a contact number on our website, the customer is not providing us with the number they were calling. We have now received an email from the customer (once they sent it to the correct email address) to which we instantly replied. As mentioned before we sent an email to the customer asking whether they wanted a replacement or refund on the 15th of august to which we has not reply. After this review, we refunded the payment in full to their credit card this morning. All online refunds from ANY retailer online take 2-5 working days to show up on their statement. This customer is expecting an instant refund to show which we find unreasonable! ALL UK RETAILERS no just us stated refunds can take 7 working days to show back into a customers account. We request the customer to be patient.

We do not believe we are at any fault with this order or transaction and expected more patience from the customer, especially when the customer was trying to contacting another company/business regarding our order.

Awful. Avoid.

Ordered on 21/7, "shipped" on 27/7, still cannot provide tracking number on 29/7, no reply to email. No other way to contact them.

29/7: Jessica from customer service said it was dispatched on 28/7.

1/8: Still not received, no tracking number, and no reply to my emails.
