I purchased an air fryer from this shoddy outfit and it is still within its year's warranty. However, Jess has decided to ignore my recent e mails and pretend that the faulty air fryer is not her concern. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Absolute nightmare ordering from these. Don’t bother trying to save a few quid. Didn’t send order on time, then didn’t respond to emails. Pay a few quid more from somewhere reputable. Not worth it

Bought Eufy doorbell camera 8 months ago ...the quality of the video images is now terrible and condensation built up inside lense....contacted Buzz and was fobbed off contacted Eufy and was told Buzz is not a registered retailer of their goods therefore Buzz is responsible for warranty....catacted Buzz on many occcasions still no response DO NOT USE THIS OUTFIT .....
Contacted Eufy again after Buzz,s response ....still saying fo not use Buzz, I have wasted my money

Buzz retail helped and supported with an item purchased from a third party. They contacted on my behalf, ensuring a new product was sent out as soon as possible as the original item was faulty. Communication was great throughout and good outcome was achieved, very happy customer.

Bought a EUFY doorbell camera back in July with them. When it came, the doorbell chime plug-in did not work. Asked them to give me a replacement, had 0 communication, and until threatening to leave them a bad review they finally emailed back saying the replacement camera was on the way. Fast forward 4 months later, this replacement camera now does not detect facial motion properly anymore (tried diagnosing it with EUFY themselves). I emailed Buzz Retailer about this at the start of the new year, have not heard back from them at all. Terrible communication with their customers, they are unwilling to simply reply to emails based on genuine failures of the products they sell you.

I Ordered Eau Savage aftershave for my Son’s birthday. I was a bit hesitant as I had never heard of this company before. I received an email telling me my order was shipped but no tracking number available. I emailed the company who got straight back to me with reassurance and a tracking number. The item came by DPD in the next two days after email reply. It took 8 working days to come from Spain. Very happy with purchase and company, I will order again from them.

I ordered a Eufy wireless video doorbell. I was a bit hesitant as I hadn't heard of Buzz, and the price seemed a bit too good to be true. I thought it was worth the risk as I could pay with Paypal and easily claim the money back if it didn't go well. It was all good though. The item arrived two days after I ordered, and I received emails for order confirmation and despatch. The video doorbell is now fitted and working as expected. It's definitely a genuine Eufy product.

I was skeptical about ordering off buzz reading some of the reviews. But though there’s more pos then Neg, I’ll give it a whirl. So I ordered 100ml bottle of Savauge on Christmas Day off buzz retail. It arrived this morning which considering it was ordered Christmas and strikes is deffo quite fast. I messaged an got a message back with tracking details pretty fast. It definitely isn’t a scam business. It’s 100% legit! The aftershave is 100% legit not fake!

Oh my goodness, this has got to be one of the best companies I have used in 2022! I initially thought the company was a scam because of the low prices but I did my research and saw positive reviews and said I will try my luck. I bought 3 perfumes which were ridiculously cheaper than anywhere else online and in the shops, even with my work discount. The website stated that the Christmas deadline had passed but yet I received 2 of my items before Christmas, which was great. I only contacted customer service to enquire when I would receive the last item and I got a rapid response with a tracking number. I received my last item today. All the perfumes are genuine and exactly what I ordered. I will recommend my new secret, Buzz-retail.com to everyone and will be looking for more bargains very soon.

Today I took delivery of a Tassimo MY WAY 2.

Ordered on Christmas eve, It only took 4 days to arrive, and best of all? was the PRICE, an INCREDIBLY low £49.99, delivered.

Due to a mistake on my part, I almost immediately had to contact B R CS.
I received a speedy reply (despite Xmas) from a lovely lady by the name of Jessica (a CS Exec) who kindly offered to rectify my error...with something you don't see every day folks, GREAT customer service.

Our purchase stopped working after a few months. Buzz retail sorted this out with the retailer and got a new item sent. 4 stars instead of 5 as there was a lack of communication mid process. While I believe that the manufacturer was the cause of the delay, an update would have been good.

I ordered a DeLonghi radiator on 6/11 (Sunday) and received it on 8/11 (Tuesday morning). Great product, great price & very fast delivery! I am fully satisfied.

Honestly surprised - cheapest price I’ve seen for the item I ordered by about £50 and came within 4 days. I’ll defo shop again if I see anything else I want!

Order I MEATER on Sunday delivered Tuesday. Price wads excellent and delivery quick. It was a suprise that it came from Costco!

Ordered a product from this website but did not receive any notification of when I should have expected delivery.

After two weeks I have to contact them to find out only to be told that deliver had already been attempted.

They did rearrange delivery but this time the courier allegedly delivered my order to a neighbour. I live on a tiny street and know all the neighbours, not one took delivery for me.

AVOID this business, will take your money but won't deliver your order

Order states shipped on 14th October, still not received item. Contacted buzz retail by email twice no response. Steer clear is my advice.

Before ordering i always double check the company website and reviews,let me tell you all this company is 100% legit, I ordered a Hotel Chocolat VELVETISER and it arrived within the stated time by DPD...I would not hesitate to place any order with this company..
