In the past few days I have been in contact with Gabrielle to transfer my company phone from Business Mobile to me personally as I am retiring and therefore closing my company.
This transfer has run into some problems through no fault of Gabrielle. As each problem has arose Gabrielle has been
very proactive in trying to find a solution.If she couldn’t answer a query immediately she has sought clarification and then contacted me. If I have tried to contact her and she has been unavailable she has always rang me back. Throughout she has been extremely courteous, helpful and is a wonderful ambassador for Business Mobiles.
