Absolutely top quality conservatory at literally a fraction of the price we'd been quoted.
Customer service was excellent, as was the delivery.

avoid at all cost. the worst customer service I have ever experienced. ordered and paid end of September now the 3rd week in January. still no delivery date. absolute joke. call the office number and a guy tells you he's just covering being saying that for 4 nearly months. tells you every time he will look in to it and call you back, don't think I've ever had them call back in that time. like I said avoid at all costs not worth the stress or hassle. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Really bad service! Sent the wrong stuff then won't reply to any communication because they have the money.Con outfit, really go elsewhere!

Never replied to emails, never returned the call. Was useless when we went in too.

Like how their Google reviews (Lee Parker) were written by themselves! Says it all really!

Probably the worst UPVC company it’s been my misfortune to try. We paid upfront for a front door at the beginning of December 2017. At the end of Jan 2018 I contacted them only to be told the door hadn’t been made because they’d mislaid our order. To top it all they then insisted they needed an additional £50 to deliver it that wasn’t in the original quote. I told them I was very disappointed and asked for a refund. Mid March 2018 and still no refund and no response to emails or telephone enquiries.

I dealt with a chap called Lee about having a new conservatory for my home. My builder gave me the measurements which I gave to Lee. A couple of hours later he'd provided me with a quote that undercut the nearest by over £1000.00. 12 days later I had my product delivered and 2 days later the conservatory was installed by my builder (it fit together like a jigsaw!). Great service, great product and a great price!

Failed to inform me delivery was going to take longer then the 10 to 15 days, took 17 and I paid the full balance up front, felt like they had taken my money and forgotten about me.
Should have got the hint when they were slow to reply in the first place.
I rang after several days to ask how things were progressing as it had gone quiet and was told it would now take 17 days, no intention of telling me though.
Then on the day of delivery I was told to expect it late afternoon and nothing turned up, no phone call, text or anything.
Full of excuses via email the next day after I'd left a voice mail and numerous emails previous day and eventually it turned up.
The window and door were of good quality but the service terrible.
AVOID if you have time sensitive plans in place or your own clients waiting for installation. AVOID.
