There now is a Facebook scam page especially set up just for this company called Facebook kitchen scam. Please read the comments. This kitchen company operates under.Smart range kitchens, Budget kitchens, and MFM

I am £6000 out of pocket this company his conning people I've half a kitchen various parts missing the double oven damaged and 2nd hand I want to warn people please dont buy from this company I wished I hadn't I just wished I had seen these comments before I did I feel totally robbed

What can I say please do not buy anything with is company my kitchen was ordered in October 2019 and it's now January 2020, and Suzanne is really rude once they have the order and you pay they don't want to know,plus Tony came to measure up he got it the measurements completely wrong cupboards with missing and edgings were missing the kitchen fitter came and told me that all the kitchen wasn't here so he fitted what was there and said I had to pay him and he would come back when the other parts came and when they did they wanted more money out of me and Suzanne said if I didn't pay the the money that was owing even though I didn't own any money because what was missing was what didn't come in the first delivery and that they had to take it away the the delivery so I had no choice but to pay more money and then I was on the phoning every day to the fitter to come round and put the rest of the kitchen right and the fitter was called Mark all he does is not answer the phone I leave voice messages he's taken my money and he just won't come back to fit the rest of the kitchen so now I have to get a another fitter to do the rest of the job and it's now costing me more money and I still dont have pieces to finish the kitchen so please do not go with the Kitchen Company or budget kitchens they are right rip offs

Don't do it, they trade under so many different names, cowboys who send seconds , my oven arrived smashed to smitharines and my fridge freezer broke after 2 days so I had to buy a new one. I have just called and spoke to Karen who said they can send me a replacement after Christmas as they don't have anyone in the area to deliver it .OH My goodness are you serious, I have paid my money and they wont replace it ..... use DPD, use a courier to deliver me a new fridge freezer, can anyone help me in how you report these , I have done watchdog, can anyone else tell me who i report these too . Just spoke to Karen, who was rude as hell. This company are discusting

As along with other reviews....do not use this company.Kitchen delivered July 2019 and still not complete!Bad planning,parts missing and damaged and they are now saying they will not return to fit 2 doors that I waited for as ‘not fair for their fitter to travel 2 hrs to me and will do them when in the area next’..not in the foreseeable future!Will not send me details of my order and details of telephone conversations..want them in writing to take this matter further!

My Kitchen was fitted on 21st August 2019, but I am missing doors and the corner post split, I was reasured by the fitter he would be back with the missing doors and that he would finish my kitchen off as they were only a small family run business, but so far I have had no contact and his phone continues to go to answer phone.

Still missing cupboards 10 weeks tomorrow on a kitchen that should of took 4 days 😡

1 star is far to much. My mum bought a kitchen from budget kitchens in Feb this year. Theyv done nothing but fob her off it started with the brand new washer not working then went from bad to worse. Nothings been right and now the fridge freezer as packed in for the SECOND time shes now been without a fridge freezer for over a month. When she rings and they find out its her calling they place her on hold then cut the line. Today we drove up to the company address in preston to find that it was only ever used as a virtual office and we are one of hundreds that have been there trying to track them down aswell as enforcement officers. Iv since found out the address in Manchester and will be going up there the get answers. If anyone would like to join forces I'd be more than willing to do what it takes to see that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Its rather unfortunate that I didn't research this company before parting with my hard earned money however It is important that collectively we ensure more people are aware. You'll be surprised to find out that they have been using this same modus operandi for years and still dong it unabated.

They are scammers, please steer clear!!!

Our experience with this company has been terrible. Our delivery was booked with enough time for them to get things ready yet on the day they came with HALF of the items we ordered, the driver took over half the money and said he would be back tomorrow. The next day no show! Calling up customer service they refuse to talk to you on the phone and direct you to a online form to fill in, i then heard back from them about 30 hours later on and our fitting began the next day which we have booked a guy to fit the kitchen so it was already costing us money they informed us that it will be a 5-20 day wait for the rest of our stuff!! we pushed for an actual date and she came to us with the 29th which was 26 days away!! Over the 20 days wait she just said. This is completely unacceptable to deliver half of the items and then tell us we will get the rest in nearly a months time!! Terrible service, terrible attitude, avoid at all cost. Do not be tempted by the cheap budget kitchens it has cost us more because we have now had to buy the doors elsewhere. There were hardly any reviews on this website which i then researched into the website that it is owned by this person Laura Digweed who owns hundreds of kitchen websites all advertising the same cheap kitchen, upon looking into this I found that they all had bad reviews about missing items, broken items, they all come from warehouse near Manchester. Avoid this company and any others like this!

i brought a kitchen from budget kitchens who at the start was good to get the Buisness but then we had the kitchen delivered where pieces where damaged and others missing,I reported this straight away where I was advised they would exchange and bring out missing pieces,this has now been going on for well over a week and lie after lie I'm promised next day which never happens,I'm still waiting for the rest of my kitchen and more lies and now keep hanging up on me and won't tell me the truth.im very disappointed and a very poor company and service,
I'd advise everyone to stay away,you don't get all your goods and when they've got your money they don't care.im going to trading standards now,
Be warned a very bad company who just lie to you and rip you off.....
