This lettings company are the best! They look after our property and our tenants in exemplary manner which means our tenants stay with us. But, should they decided to move out, I am certain new tenants will be found in super quick time so we aren't without rental income.
Our property manager, Gemma, always responds to any emails I send her almost immediately and is really fast at solving any problems that may arise.

Bristol Residential Letting have managed my let property for several years now and have been happy throughout with their excellent service. Andy Peters is my main point of contact and is always helpful both with advice when I’ve needed it and also dealing quickly and efficiently with maintenance or other issues as and when they inevitably arise from time to time. For example I recently needed to arrange an EPC at short notice and Andy booked and had it completed within a couple of days….very impressed and grateful to him for his continuing help.

Amy Garrod was such a help recently. Out of the blue, we had a problem with a previously exemplary tenant. On vacating the first floor flat, the tenant’s removal firm badly damaged the carpet over a series of steps on the staircase. The removals company declined responsibility. As the damage occurred in the common parts, not the flat itself, the damage was not covered by the tenant’s deposit. Amy's gentle diplomacy meant that the tenant - eventually - acknowledged responsibility and agreed to pay. Amy then liaised with a carpet fitter to ensure the job was done. As I am no longer living in Bristol, I was very grateful for Amy's quiet efficiency in dealing with these matters.

I rented from Bristol Residential for three years. My property manager, Amy G, was always responsive and quick to address maintenance concerns. I left the UK before the official end of my lease, Amy was very helpful in settling things upon the lease ending. Will definitely prioritise working with them if I have future housing needs.
