Ocean Estate Agents Bewertungen

Highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents, Weston-Super-Mare. Steve was really knowledgeable and our property sold really quickly following his recommendations. He went above and beyond offering solutions and support when we needed it. Our move manager Demi, was also fantastic. Really helped us to push our sale through quickly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to sell a property in the future.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who wrote us updated throughout the sales process. Woukd definitely recommend this team!

Excellent service throughout.

Tom was very good, helpful and supportive

Great staff. Quick sale and they were very patient with our solicitor!
Happy to recommend them

The transaction was much longer than we expected but was well managed throughout. A good team effort all round.

Good communication,
Professional and very friendly staff. Left us a welcome gift in the new home which was super lovely.

Tom was very good, responsive and helpful.

Of course there were problems but they were all managed very well. Thank you for all your help and support.

I recently sold my property with Ocean Estate Agents, and despite a few hiccups during the sale, they were absolutely amazing throughout.
Jenny and Claire kept me informed at every single step and were genuinely with me for the entire journey. Their support, communication, and professionalism made a huge difference during a challenging process.
I highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents and will definitely be using them again in the future!

The company did well; however, there were times when myself and my wife had to prompt them to follow up and get updated. I believe they will do better by staying on top of things and communicating with clients accordingly.

Ocean are professional and make the whole process really simple. Recently, Sophie showed us a property and was friendly and knowledgeable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The team were fantastic. Nicola was brilliant from start to finish and Livia was also always available whenever we needed.

The final couple of days were incredibly stressful (due to another party) and the team at ocean were fantastic both in keeping us level and calm whilst also ensuring the planned completion date was met.

I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Staff always available and quick to tespond

TBH I only went to Ocean after having two different estate agents visit, one wasn't bothered because I was selling the flat, the other was really nice and I nearly went with them but got Ocean round just to see what they were like and I'm glad I did. Vandross answered all my questions before I got to ask them. I was given so much more information and reassurance than the other 2 estate agents, as soon as I met him I knew I would go with Ocean. As for the viewings, absolutely loads, they really did put the work into selling my flat. Every time I called them I got to speak to the person I needed, if not available they always called me back quickly. The photos looked great and they took a lot of information from me which all the staff had access to so every viewer can have their questions answered which I thought was important. I even used their solicitor, absolutely brilliant as well.

Jasmin Turkcelik our property consultant at Ocean has been very helpful throughout the process and has understood our needs perfectly.

Jasmin understands we are in a tricky spot with a sale that fell through and the sale of our home in a matter of weeks, with an offer accepted on another home. She has been striving to find us something suitable in a tight time frame that bridges the gap, and continues to send through helpful suggestions. From the initial call we have felt supported.

I've recently rented a flat through the Downend branch. As well as finding a great property, James and Naomi made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. All the documents/references were sorted out quickly, all information was clear and we were provided with a detailed inventory prior to moving in. I would definitely recommend Ocean to any tenant.

James Hogg from Ocean was brilliant, he made the process very smooth and was constantly on it with chasing solicitors and talking me through the process as a first time buyer!

We cannot recommend Ocean Estate Agents highly enough. The whole team has been friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process. They are always easy to get hold of on the phone, happy to answer any questions, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Moving house can be stressful, but Ocean made the whole experience feel so much easier. A brilliant team who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you for all your hard work!

I highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents. We had a buyer pull out during our sale process, and the team were outstanding with getting our flat back on the market promptly, and helping us sell it quickly. Thank you to Curtis, Billie and Leyla, you were all fantastic, and really understanding during a stressful time.
