I recently rented my apartment at 4 Tower, Georges Square, Bristol, through Ocean Estate Agents, and I had an excellent experience throughout the process.
A special thank you to Pamela Erkoqi, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive from start to finish. Moving into a new property can sometimes be stressful, but Pamela made the entire tenancy process smooth and straightforward. She took the time to understand my situation, addressed all my questions promptly, and helped resolve every issue that arose along the way.
What stood out most was her proactive approach and clear communication. Every step was well explained and well documented, which gave me confidence throughout the process. Whenever there were concerns or tenancy-related matters to discuss, Pamela handled them efficiently and always ensured a positive outcome.
It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine care for tenants, and Pamela certainly does. Her support made what could have been a complicated process much easier and more enjoyable.

This was a relatively trouble free process and when I had trouble accessing the software it was nice to be able to go into the office and talk to the solicitor face to face and sign the documents.

Very stressful with a few problems along the way but all the staff I dealt with at Ocean were really helpful through the journey - very pleased with service provided

Fast,i mean realy fast considering all thats involved.Its the third house purchase/sale we've done over the years and this by far was the easiest.

Claire was extremely professional and particularly knowledgeable about the area .Friendly and helpful.

Both the Sales team and the Solicitors did a very good job. Stefano found a buyer for our house and it sold within a week. Everyone was very helpful whenever we popped in. The Conveyancing team also worked very hard to get everything to go through. Olivia in particular always made time to speak to us and keep us up to date with how things were going.

Kept informed throughout the process, everyone was very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Would highly recommend.

Linda Cox and team were incredible as solicitors on our house sale and purchase (even though we didn't used Ocean as agents for either). We always trusted Linda to be completely on it, she was so communicative we never had to ask for an update as she always provided. Thanks for making it a smooth process to completion!

Ocean made selling our home genuinely easy and stress‑free.
We put the house on the market on Saturday and received offers in less than a week. The agents were professional, polite, and always provided a full 24‑hour notice before any viewing, which made the whole process feel organised and respectful.

Once we accepted an offer, everything moved smoothly. Within a couple of months it was all sorted. As expected with a 1970s property, there were a few bits of paperwork and outdated permit plans to deal with, but nothing ever felt overwhelming.

Communication with the lawyer was excellent, quick, consistent, and very attentive. We were kept updated on every small change and every question we had was answered clearly, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the process.

Overall, highly recommend Ocean Estates if you want to sell your home quickly, easily, and with minimal stress.
