I have dealt with Andy Peters, the Senior Property Manager at Bristol Residential Lettings, for ten years.
During this time Andy has always responded promptly to any of my queries, keeps me up to date with any property issues and is thoroughly professional.

I just wanted to leave some extremely positive feedback about the fantastic service I’ve received. Amy and Freya are absolutely brilliant — professional, proactive, and genuinely friendly in every interaction.

They consistently take a fair and balanced view, carefully considering the needs of both tenant and landlord, which makes a huge difference. It’s so refreshing to deal with people who are not only highly competent but also approachable and easy to talk to.

They are always available when needed and handle everything promptly and efficiently. Their communication is excellent, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
