Not only was the design and quality of the order absolutely perfect, they went out of their way to produce a bespoke "order of the day" and table plan. And then they turned round a short-notice revision to the table plan with no problems at all.
Absolutely great company and I would use them again, except that I don't plan on getting married again. :)

Very quick service

As with all other products I have ordered, the all round quality of the goods are to a high standard as advertised, these were beautifully engraved, the bride and many other guests commented on the unique style of heart handles which fitted perfectly into the heart themed wedding.
cannot fault anything from easy ordering on a very transparent website through to safe delivery of product.

I placed an order for the heart handles cake knife set and it took 5 weeks to arrive. The service was possibly the worst I've ever had, they charge you £3.50 and it clearly says dispatched within 3 days but it took 5 weeks.

I had to continuously chase them up and ask where my order was, as a bride this just added to my stress and was completely avoidable. The item was out of stock, but I wasn't made aware of this. Had I known i wouldn't have used this company at all. They then lied and told me it would be dispatched 2 weeks later but I waited and there was nothing. I had to email several times and this is frustrating as on their homepage they show the trustpilot reviews are great 5 stars - which are false.

My order arrived today and its completely different to the images online, the cake knife is bent and not positioned straight. The personalised edging is very faint and not clear like the pictures. Also the handles are not silver, more dirty black in color which are off putting.

Overall i am unhappy with my product and I had given the benefit of doubt for the lage arrival, but upon seeing my knife set I'm very disappointed.

The cake knife and slice were more elegant than I expected. Can't wait to show it of on the wedding day, the napkins are also of high quality. I'm so glad I chose Bride & Groom for these items.

Lovely products, really happy

Bride and Groom website was easy to use.
We obtained a few samples of wedding invitations and chose our favourite.
Once we completed our order we sent over how we wanted the wording to look but I think they will do this all for you if you want their standard text.
They then sent across the invitation for us to preview and accept and were happy to make amendments as requested.
Once we were all happy the invitations got sent to print and we received about a week later if I recall correctly.

Staff were amazing when I was making enquiries. Very helpful and informative. Invites are also amazing! The quality is outstanding.

Was really happy with communication and the checking everything was correct.Having received my invitations now I am very happy with them . Would definitely use again.
