Order was quickly picked up and proof sent for checking. On checking I decided to add more information and updated proof was returned quickly.

I also decided I wanted more invites so asked and was told I could reference initial order which was picked up and everything sent together.

The invites came quickly and are absolutely gorgeous and lovely quality. I would absolutely recommend.

Customer service (communication) was good which is important especially when there’s an issue. We bought three items and one was dreadful quality. Extremely poor as was not as described. Cake knife and server - cheap and wouldn’t have lasted yet is intended to be personalised and gifted. Lucky we bought this for ourselves and not as a gift. We returned the item as the handles were made of plastic and the engraving looked cheap, as well as the knife being bent. I’d go as far as to say that as the other items appear good quality, they should prevent any further issues and stop selling these knife / server sets as I’ve since read quite a few poor reviews by others.

Returned item at our cost but was worth it to get the refund on the terrible item.

Purchased wedding knife and cake server. Product sent was extremely poor quality and not what was advertised. Replacement sent which was massively different from what was originally sent yet still not what is advertised. Poor customer service. Don't bother buying from them unless you want the extra stress and experience ruined.

Not fit for purpose
I bought a love heart handle cake knife for a wedding gift only to find it did not have a serrated edge on it to cut the cake even though the advertisement clearly said ideal to cut the cake. I was so embarrassed at the wedding. Bride and Groom refuse to change the knife and have been rude and unreasonable. Will certainly not recommend
