Absolutely stunning, so pleased with the colour and material. The little things like this for a wedding is essential and me and my partner are so happy. The size is perfect.

They are beautiful designs we loved then the price was a bit much but they sent us lots of samples and kept us updated on delivery

I ordered a large quantity of wedding invitations and reply cards on the 3rd November 2023 and I had a quick delivery after they emailed me to ask about the proof read of the order and make sure I was fully happy with the order and I received my order on the 10th November 2023 by a trusted courier service (fedex) this wasn't the 1st time I had ordered with them as I had also ordered my save the dates with them too and I've been so impressed with their customer service and the product they have produced for myself and my partner for our special day

I wouldn't recommend them any higher so if your needing invitations or anything else bride and groom direct is the place for you

Autofill got my postcode wrong, and I didn’t spot it. I was told they had tried to ring me but I had no missed call - I checked. My order didn’t arrive so contacted them, they agreed ‘this time’ to resend the order. I did apologise but I found Chrissy to be very abrupt in her emails. It was a genuine mistake and I did ask if they had received original back but she didn’t answer that. If she had I would have offered to repay the postage. The package was delivered today by Royal Mail. I suggest using Royal Mail in future as the postman would have known where to deliver the small item as the incorrect postcode was only few doors away. My fault I didn’t spot the autofill though. Photo frame was ok but larger than I anticipated.

Great communication, they gave me a phone call to confirm everything was ok …. Would highly recommend

Bride and Groom Direct have been absolutely wonderful. We placed an order which had a small hiccup on delivery. When I contacted them for advice, they responded immediately with a range of options to solve the problem. Throughout they were incredibly apologetic, and eager to resolve the issue.

I couldnt't have been more please. I bought a cake cutting set for my Daughters and Son in-laws wedding
It was absolutely beautiful and this feature was an added extra that made it so special. On each piece knife and cake slicer was engraved their names and date of there wedding.
