Didn’t put address on package so package was extremely delayed and had to be figured out by Aus Post

Quick delivery for something coming across the country during New Years and Christmas days.

Delivery took a little longer than expected, but kept in contact throughout the purchase and was delivered shortly after expected date

I was not notified when this was ready, more than a month after I made the order I called and had to follow up with several phone calls before I was able to pick it up. And the refurbished tablet I purchased has never worked, a complete waste of time and money.

Product was delivered quickly without any problems.

Computer arrived quick but with a few issues, being christmas time this made it difficult to fix, first motherboard arrived unsecured, blame was put on transit, so at the advice of customer support I took it to a PC tech in town who adivised me the motherboard was never secured down in the first place, secondly also paid extra for a wifi 6 card that is built within the motherboard but the antennas were missing, customer service was quick to send out replacements.

So far the computer works well, but I am still worried if there are any issues that may arrise due to the first mistake.

Customer Service was quick to help, recieved a refund for the shipping fee, was promised a gift as an apology for the trouble but havent heard anything back about said gift.

Shipment and communication was ok. Paid for $99 for upgrade handling, packing and priority picking. Whilst the delivery was quick, the extra packing was a few pieces of old foam loosely stuffed in side the case, and no extra (bar a few thin sheets of re used open cell foam) outside the case. Not really what I expected for $99! PC had upgraded fans that require an RGB controller, and USB 2 splitter. Fans didn’t function on arrival traced fault to USB splitter. Enquired to whether a part could be sent which I could install. No reply. But did offer a return to base even though fault was diagnosed and easy fix. Purchased part myself from another retailer and problem is now fixed.
