Easy to purchase online and arranged prompt item picking and dispatch. Received in only a couple of days.

Great PC for a great price. Sales person, James was very helpful answering my question before I purchased the system and after when claiming MSI promotion. Couldn't build the PC for the same price. Really happy with my purchase.

Don’t send me stupid survey emails. I don’t fill up your email with junk after a purchase, do I? Don’t give my email or purchase details to 3rd party data leeches. Don’t force me to “unsubscribe” from anything I never “subscribed” to. Just fulfil my order and take the money. Poor service.

I placed an order online, been a while since I'd been to BPC. Hadn't seen the new store (looks great).
I hadn't received the order ready email, was in the area collecting from other suppliers, advised the items hadn't been picked yet. Was advised there would be a slight wait as my order wasn't ready - within 10 minutes the guys had picked it from the warehouse, paperwork signed and i was on my way.

Really easy to deal with and products came fast!

Good overall service. A little slow picking and shipping the product, especially given I paid extra for priority shipping. It wasn't a issue in this case but if I was awaiting parts for a repair job it would be a issue. However once it shipped delivery was overnight to regional Victoria which is excellent.

Ordered a prebuilt pc from them. Clear communication and fast installation. Paid for the premium service and got the pc within 5 days with solid protection. Would recommend.

Easy pickup. Easy purchase. Love that you have some different stock to the others. I think someone on staff is cherry picking great options for customers.😁

Waited for quite a while before doing a review to see how the (custom built) PC performs. After almost a year, everything runs perfect, no issues at all. Have to give them credit for allowing me to bring a few parts that I bought elsewhere. Usually these kind of shops only sell pre-built or require you get all the parts through them. The build was also done within 2 days. Once it's time to upgrade I'll go back to BPC.

Really helpful and quick customer service replies, quick delivery too. In future would be nice to have options for bootable USBs alongside options for OS to be installed on the PC prior to shipping i.e. option to have an OS installed and have a bootable USB sent for backup/dual boot/virtual machine uses.

My pc build came out great and I am very happy with it and the staff when I needed help were straight to the point and very nice. Overall I am very pleased

i purchased a few items more than a week ago , and patiently waited . the delivery it taking longer than usual so i called up and was told the items were out of stock. customer care should have contacted and informed me but its very disappointing , i have purchased items here before but now i will probably look elsewhere in the future sorry.
