Buying from BPC Tech has been easy, with good discription of products, also a good choice of payment options. Everything that has been promised when buying the items has been delivered.
This is my 2nd purchase & it won't be the last, so I give the rating of 10/10. Well done guys.

Products were posted and arrived quickly.

Product was at a great price, so didn't expect great service, however email communications were great, packaging and postage was well above expectations, will be shopping here again.

I am not very impressed with your service, 1st off, you failed to send the Monitor with the Computer from our order number #BPC000200965, so it was another week waiting for that (and although this part is not technically your fault, it would not have been an issue if you had sent the monitor with the computer in the 1st place, what happened was that we were not home when StarTrack tried to deliver the monitor, so we had to ring them and wait for 40 minutes for them to answer, then they said they would deliver it again the next day, which did not happen, so another phone call to them & a 35 minute wait for them to answer, I told them we would just pick it up from their depot and they said thats fine and they would get their depot to text us the address details etc when they had it ready for pickup, not text was received and as this was a Friday it was too late to ring as their office was closed, so we rang again on the Monday and waited again from 36 minutes for them to answer, and they their system showed it was ready to pickup and they didn't know why their depot didn't text us, so finnaly 12 days after the computer arrived we had the monitor) Also I had a few issues setting up the new compuer, and on the 12 of Feb I emailed you ( to your sales emails address, this reveiw won't let me put in an email address ) a few questions, and as of today (8 days later) I sill have not received a reply. so to say I am unimpressed with your company and your "Customer Service" is an understatement. Easy to work around the website and good shipping options

So I'm in Perth, WA and BPC Tech is in Victoria, and delivery took exactly 7 days which is quite good considering the distance and weight of the product.
Granted, I did pay the $99 for the 'premium shipping' option so there's comfort that it was put to good use.
Apart from that, PC works, no faults and parts came as described on the website. Nothing was damaged in transit.

Very fast delivery time, product arrived well packaged, very reasonable price, works flawlessly in my ps5, highly recommend BPC technology.

I ordered the exceptional Siren Vortex 147K GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Gaming PC. The website was informative and simple to navigate. Browsing and comparing different rigs was made easy due to the clear layout of specs and upgrade paths. On checkout, I opted for the premium packaging/shipping for a few dollars extra but well worth it. From ordering to delivery, across states, was just a week which is amazing considering AusPost. The packaging was flawless: the carton was well taped up and rig inside was cradled within the polystyrene packing. The inside of the rig was full of medium density foam cushioning all the components from any bangs and knocks. Also included were the boxes in which the installed graphics card and mobo came in. A nice little touch for those of us who always forget what's in our rigs. Another bit of excellent customer service was the inclusion of a rather large pouch which had the various cables, adapters, rack enclosures, etc. Makes upgrading a breeze (though you won't need to for some time). Plugging in monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, etc was a no-brainer and powering up was spectacular. Whisper quiet with only the AIO water cooling to give that ASMR feeling. LEDs all burst with bright colour and set up went without a hitch. Within thirty minutes, rig was unpacked, set up and checking for updates. Another thirty minutes, we had our favourite apps and games installed at blistering speeds thanks to the generous quality parts making up this rig.

Without a doubt, BPC Tech is THE place for all your PC needs. Sure, others may have flashier websites and crazy promotions but BPC Tech delivers top quality products at amazing prices and with exceptional customer service. You won't go wrong with BPC Tech. I know I didn't.

They have connected AIO fans to system fans on motherboard and they were running full speed all the time
Also i dont know why they put all fan cases as output no input for air. And case fans was connected to cpu fan on motherboard. Why so unprofessional?
