Got the Pc for a good deal and customer service was great as I had trouble w booting the computer and they helped me out straight away
First order.
Standard delivery method but on time:
Delivered and was happy with it as monitored and described.

Old and unmaintained stock sent slow
Ordered items on Thursday (14/12/2023) at 10am and received an email saying order would be processed in 2 business days. The items were not "picked" until the following Wednesday (20/12/2023) at 12:50pm and shipped at 4pm. I received no communication advising the order was being delayed beyond the 2 business days. Pretty slack it takes more than 4 days to pull an item off a shelf, stick a label on it (didn't even put it in a seperate box) and have it picked up by the courier or postal service.
My order was for 5 Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS's). There is a sticker on the box with the date of manufacture and a date the UPS needs to be recharged by, which is normally 9 months after the date of manufacture. All of the UPS's were manufacturered in Feb-2021 and were due to be recharged by Nov-2021. There was a seperate sticker on the box with a recharge by Apr-2023 date on it. None of the UPS's would turn on when I got them so I charged them. They wouldn't turn on after 10 minutes of charging either. Thankfully they worked after a few hours of charging. Essentially BPC sent me old and unmaintained stock. I don't know how long these UPS's will last because I can't tell what damage was done to the batteries in them by being left to go flat and stay flat for so long. I think it is pretty poor business practice to take someone's money (at full price) and send them old stock which hasn't been maintained.
It's a great selection of tech products…
It's a great selection of tech products at good prices in Australia. I bought a new build PC with some upgrades. I like that it allowed me to select upgrades on that build. They had the best deal combo on Lexar brand as well, that I actually went back and ordered a couple more M.2 SSD for my wife's laptop and NAS.
Cons: the website is quite sluggish with some things broken. I even emailed them about it. For example, the basket would not save my selection that I added, so I had to bookmark pages of products that i was researching and deciding on. Another tech annoyance is that even as I created an account on the website, I wouldn't be able to login to have my details at checkout and purchase history and so on.
The turnaround for a new build PC was around 1 month which I understand takes time, especially after black Friday sales are longer than usual.
Overall, I would definitely recommend and most likely use them again in the future.
I expected better
Before the purchase, there was good communication and the price for the computer was reasonable. However, they changed some of my parts without my permission, even though I had notified them specifically to please let me know before making any changes to my system. They wanted me to send the whole system back to exchange 1-2 parts, but that was an unreasonable request, since nothing was wrong with the machine. I asked if they could just give some store credit for their mistake, but I never heard anything back, just communication silence. One of the memory modules on the PC just failed so I'm about to see how that process will work and may need to edit review. I did expect better from BPC, I don't know if it was the Black Friday rush or just poor internal communication that led to my issues. Either way, it is unacceptable.

Poor Customer Service
Bought a PC which was received quickly. Worked great but noticed it had a high pitched tinnitus like coil whine coming from inside. Tried to get used to it but was giving me headaches. Thought it was the PSU but under closer inspection it was the MOBO.
No response using the contact form so googled their warranty email. After sending a video of the noise (and confirming it wasn't the PSU) we agreed it's best to send back the pc for repair.
I emailed to see how it was going after they received it and they said the techs spent 2 full days testing the pc and found no fault, mentioning the PSU is more noisy as it's at the front and that the coil whine is within range... I had mentioned previously that it was 100% not the PSU and was the motherboard, i even stapled a detailed description of the specific problem to the RMA sheet. This leads me to believe they had not tested it at all and just fed me a generic coil whine reply.
I mentioned it was not the PSU and definitely the motherboard as I had researched it to be a common problem with that model and if they could swap it to a different brand. They then backtracked and said there was no noise at all, even the psu they they thought they heard before. At this point they refused to do anything to fix the issue so I agreed to a refund (I did not want it back if this is how their service is going to be if there's future problems).
Before sending back the accessories I asked if the payment could be refunded into another bank account, as I had to cancel the one I used due to being in a data breach sometime after buying the PC. They said yes that's fine they will tell accounts team when the accessories are back. When they had them back they said the would process the refund to the original payment method, I mention again I need it to a different account and he forwards it to the accounts team. Couple of days later I get an email saying its been refunded to the original account... I reply to him again asking what's going on and he again asks the accounts team, to which my email trails stop and I never hear from them again.
LUCKILY the refund found it's way into my new account! That could have gone so much worse if the money had been in limbo and I had to go through my bank to claim it. Such a crappy customer experience for a $3000 pc.
Great service and range
Every time I deal with these guys, the service is amazing, processing time is minimal, and prices are quite competative.
PC Devices- Needs Testing and checked before departing the Company.
Hi,
I have purchased a PC device from this company as a surprise Christmas Present, which did not work when was opened to use. Now after New Year I had to send it back to the Company. Sad probably wont get it til a month or two time.
For future purchase can these items be tested and checked before departure. I am not happy especially payment are active and don’t have the items.
Product seems great
Initially I had an issue with the machine not booting. Given it was over Xmas it did take some time to get a response but when I did they were happy for me to investigate to save time returning the machine. Luckily it was super easy and only a few mins of work. Very happy to order again
Long time last customer
BPC have always been my go to and their prices are always good, they managed to fit my job in even though they were busy. But I get the feeling that they take customers like me for granted. The quote was for 2 hours labour and I got charged for 4. I think it’s the last time I use BPC
