Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Any support ticket I have raised with them is followed up with a phone call within no more than 30 minutes and any maintenance is notified with plenty of notice.

I live in an area where an ISP has a monopoly on supplying broadband/internet. Boundless networks supply my holiday home and I get as good a speed and continuity of service if not better than my ISP at my home address. The main difference is Boundless charge less than half my ISP at home. I wish they could supply me to my home address.

I have been with Boundless since 2013.. I can count on one hand the issues I have had in that time, and if I did have a problem it was fixed, usually in minutes...
Top class service, top class service, good prices, almost constant speed, I get what I pay for and nice local people to deal with... Highly recommended ISP

Brilliant for broadband
What a blessing they are. Even with the best internet connection things go sometimes wrong. The great advantage with Boundless Networks is that you have a real person at the other end of the phone, somebody who will do her or his best to sort things. Always polite, always professional, a pleasure to deal with them as I have done for years now.

Brilliant
Brilliant. I get 30mb when the best alternative from BT is around 1mb. Very obliging guys set everything up, and signal very reliable. I also have internet phone, which is so much cheaper than conventional landline rental and calls.

I'm so glad we found Boundless…
I'm so glad we found Boundless Networks. They were able to supply us with 100mb/s internet where ALL the other main suppliers could only supply 1mb/s.
The service has been outstanding and every time I contacted the company they were prompt and polite.

Good service , refreshingly responsive
I have used boundless now for more than three years - no major issues and on the few occasions I have had to contact them the response has been friendly, supportive and speedy.
No hesitation in recommending them , the tech and the people are a refreshing change from the typical broadband/ telecom companies usual pale and soulless offering .

Having been a customer of Boundless for…
Having been a customer of Boundless for a few years now I would like to say how pleased we are with the service. We were getting 1-2Mbs from BT, but are now receiving 100Mb/s from boundless. If we have a problem it's great to be able to talk to the same person in Leeds rather being passed on to some distant call centre.
The installation cost is higher than a standard BT type service as they use Microwave transmission to connect you and this costs more for the outdoor equipment, but well worth it.
Cannot recommend them enough.

BOUNDLESS INTERNET
I am writing this review as customer of Boundless since April 2018. Yet again we have lost satellite connection to our property, this happens multiple times a week, typically later on in the day. Signed up for 30Mbps but often on speedtest lucky to get 5Mbps. We ring up and WE get the blame for our awful service, its sky or Ps4 etc, fact is when I speedtest its less than 5Mbps and now as I write this review it is ZERO so I have had to connect to 3g on Vodafone to leave this review. I am well and truly fed up with BOUNDLESS POOR SERVICE.

Goodbye landline, hello 21st century.
Painless transition today from a landline based FTTC service to Boundless!!
Even though we were seeing speeds on the landline of up to 30Mbps, I was unhappy with the service from our previous ISP and the fact that it took Openreach 2 weeks to fix a broken overhead line.
Because of the distance between our house and the Openreach cabinet, the fastest speed we could get through the landline was +/-30Mbps. And currently there are no plans by BT to bring an improved service to the village.
I had tried Three's 4G based Home Broadband service as a possible alternative, but the speed was really hit and miss despite experimenting with various router locations and an external directional aerial. It just wasn't stable enough to be a viable replacement.
After a few discussions with Boundless, I was reassured that the quoted speeds would be realistic and placed an order for the 50Mbps service a couple of weeks ago.
A team of two installation engineers arrived today and did a brilliant job. They went out of their way to run the antenna cable where I requested rather than taking the easiest route. They were thoroughly professional and very tidy. Top job.
It is early days but this evening we've been using the service heavily with online gaming, BBC iPlayer streaming, web browsing and a Google Drive back up all running simultaneously with no issues. It didn't run out of steam!!
Very impressive so far. It does exactly what it says on the tin 👍
A big thanks to the installers for doing such a tidy job and to Boundless for providing a credible alternative to copper wire based broadband.

Excellent Service and Soloutions
Boundless are an excellent company that have provided us with solutions that meet our complex needs at a price point that brings value. Their support service is excellent with business response times that fit our needs and always excel our expectations.
I would certainly recommend them to any business, looking for a good service and solutions that require complex BCS criteria.

Been with them for over 7 years now and Boundless's connectivity and speed has been ultra reliable which is so important for our business needs.
On the rare occasions we have had to speak to them, service has been prompt without being on hold for ages.
