Customer Feedback:
As the width I required wasn’t listed on the website, I phoned to check availability. After several unreturned calls and broken promises to phone me back, I had to chase multiple times. However, Michelle was very polite and helpful throughout — she eventually arranged for the size to be made available online, and even stayed on the phone with me until my order successfully went through.
Unfortunately, the delivery experience was very disappointing. The item arrived at around 18:00, and as I had to pop out, my wife greeted the delivery driver. He was extremely rude and refused to help her move the item into the house, even though it was only about 8 metres from the parked truck. We were unaware that this was the delivery policy. He then left the item on the pavement and drove off, leaving my wife to manage .

As the box was ticked and agreed to, it is understood that these terms have been read and accepted. Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Found our perfect carpet and ordered it up. Was due to be delivered on the Friday. It never arrived after waiting in all day and had no contact from the courier to explain delay. I contacted them on the Monday and they reassured it was out for delivery. Day 2 waiting for this. Only the underlay was delivered- the carpet was not on the van. I had to chase again on Tuesday and was informed it wasn’t out for delivery and would need to be booked for the Wednesday. They said they’d get it out by 12pm…..it never arrived and I had to chase again. More of a day wasted as they said it had to be signed for. It finally arrived at 4pm with the packaging burst open and staining on the edge of the carpet. The underlay was completely open at one end too. On top of this I had to keep moving the fitter day with each delay and gave wasted days of holiday waiting for failed deliveries. I’ve put in a complaint and waiting for a response but it’s put me off ordering carpet online again.

Excellent good quality flooring
Excellent flooring pleased with the quality delivery was not so good paid extra to have it delivered on the Tuesday having waited in all day following the van on the app it never turned up but was the delivered the next day.
Having checked the reviews of the delivery company they do not seem the most reliable.
This is not a reflection on the flooring company as there product quality and dispatch time was excellent 👍

I received the vinyl floor samples in good time and although the quality is excellent, decided to go with ceramic tiles for my bathroom. I will definitely use this company when it comes to re-flooring the kitchen.

Really disappointed in this company
Really disappointed in this company, paid for the flooring to come on a particular day, and had the carpet fitter booked I get a email day before saying won’t arrive till at least the 1st but know exact date.
Due to size of vinyl needing two men. I think they just didn’t want to come down to Cornwall for one delivery.
Asked for a refund as needed to purchase somewhere where I would have an actual date of delivery, and they take 3-5 working days to refund.
Not happy at all

We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the service. The order was placed over the Bank Holiday when the offices are closed therefore we have unable to contact you until this time. As per the email we sent the size of vinyl ordered requires a 2 person delivery which is not always available on your selected delivery date. The first available date for a 2 person delivery to your area is the 1st September, the date is subject to change depending on how long it is until we receive a confirmation however we have not advised in the email that we didn't know an exact date.
I can see a call was made to the sales office who also advised of the above and offered alternatives to have the order delivered earlier, such as cutting the vinyl to a smaller size as a join was already required. You confirmed that this wasn't an option and asked for the order to be cancelled. The fitter booking was also discussed, as per the terms and conditions that you sign and agree when placing your order they advise not to book a fitter until the flooring has arrived and checked over. This is due to any unexpected 3rd party delivery issues which are beyond our control. The customer service advisor was informed that they were not read but were agreed to anyway.
The third party courier offers deliveries all over the Mainland UK and regularly deliver to Cornwall. As per the email the delivery cannot be made on the day selected due to the size and the couriers health and safety restrictions.
Refunds are in line with standard banking terms which is 3 -5 days the same as any shop or supermarket

We ordered the Tudor mansions felt back vinyl in Hampton Oak and it looks so good! The vinyl looks like real wood, we’re really impressed. I was really nervous about purchasing flooring online
I was really nervous about purchasing a roll of felt backed vinyl online as so many of the websites had awful reviews / red flags of either 5 star or 1 star reviews only. However needed an affordable option. Took a chance on best4flooring as good reviews on trustpilot and elsewhere, including reddit. SO PLEASED. The delivery was flawless with a really friendly and helpful delivery officer. The vinyl itself was exactly as described in pattern, thickness, colour and dimensions ordered. It was super good quality and remained undamaged / scuffed even when dragged inside and outdoors. Really, genuinely pleased and would 100% recommend
