If i could have left zero stars i would have!!!
Absolute awful company, I own a property maintenance company and deal with these companies on the dailey never have i had such a bad experience.

Made an order for 50 square meters of spc click flooring on a thursday afternoon, heard absolutely nothing from the company regarding delivery until i emailed them 5 days later for an update.
They took the money so assumed all was good, i even paid for priority delivery as its an important customer of ours.

They then... 5 days later baring in mind decided to email me saying they had no stock and stock wouldn't be available for another few months!!!! Why would you take the order?!?!?! And why would you wait 5 days to tell me!!!

Tried to call... probably about 30 times throughout the day to get a response

After about 40 emails back and forth regarding other stock i had had enough and attempted to get them to call me which they eventually did.
Again they weren't very helpful and said one item was in stock but they were unable to tell me when i would be able to get this delivered.... one week two weeks i asked they couldn't answer me.....

Absolute joke of a company i eventually managed to get a refund which they said would be in full.... and what a surprise i didn't get my money back for priority delivery.

Never will i use these again and i would recommend you go else where

Great flooring great guy delivered and helped to get it in the house 👏🏻 not all like that well done

Happy with the herringbone flooring and looks lovely on our floor

Excellent product & communication. Received far quicker than expected. Would definitely use again!

Very happy with the service and quality of the flooring

Great, varied and high quality selection on hardwood floor options. Was seeking wider boards and I found exactly what I was looking for at excellent prices. And was available when I needed for our project. Definitely recommend and will return!

Really friendly staff, very informative and helpful, quality product and efficient delivery. Had to return excess product and the process was very easy and I got refunded. Would recommend

Huge shout out to floor depot. Absolutely amazing LVT at the most amazing price. My flooring fitter was really happy with the quality of this flooring and has also promoted it with his customers.
Highly recommend. I did pay for the speedy shipment just to ensure that I had it available well in advance , and it arrived really quick.

Ordered new flooring for the lounge and hallway. We see a “cheaper” deal and wasn’t sure whether it was a good idea, but I loved the greige colour and couldn’t find any other floor this colour match. We took the plunge and ordered it anyway, and had the floor down 2 weeks and absolutely love it. Quality and colour is amazing I’m so glad we chose this option. Such a great affordable price for the quality and I would definitely recommend and reuse again in other rooms. Quick delivery with good service

We are a family of 5 plus a dog with heavy traffic and it’s strong good quality for our needs

I chose 5 samples which were delivered quickly. Someone then messaged to follow up and find out if we were interested. I placed my order directly through message which was much easier and we ended up getting a better price including delivery. Order confirmation was sent via email along with payment.
The floor arrived quickly and was of a high quality. The floor fitter also commented on how great it was including the thickness.
The flooring looks absolutely stunning! So pleased we used this company.

Great company and fantastic flooring, but they should change their courier—the delivery tracking and communication are really terrible.

Excellent service delivery was easy kept me well informed.
Flooring easy to use and looks great

Thank

Really pleased with the quality of our flooring, thank you. We couldn't get a suitable delivery date but managed to arrange a collection. Really pleased thanks for your help.

I’m really happy with my experience at Floor Depot! They have a great selection of laminate flooring, and I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The service was excellent, and I’m pleased with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Floor Depot to anyone looking for good-quality laminate flooring at a reasonable price. Thank you for the great service!

Happy with the overall service I received. Lovely good quality flooring, would recommend

I fell across this company and glad I did. Took a chance and ordered new flooring and beading for the living room. The quality is excellent, beading came seperate so dont think they forgot, it does say in the dispatched email it arrives at a later date. I have had a great experience, hassle free. As I am on a budget, they are way,way cheaper after I had priced up from a couple of other places.
I will be going to order for the rest of the house from this company. Awesome.

Great customer service actually talking to someone on phone for advice
Very swift delivery. A few days
Planks are just what we wanted colour as expected. Thanks

Quick delivery easy to order and good quality flooring

Ordered my new flooring and it arrived within 3 days the delivery driver was great the communication between ordering and delivery was fantastic and the flooring is stunning the colour is exactly what I was looking for would definitely recommend this company

Poor customer services
Flooring turned up damaged and has cost me an additional £175 for it to be completed 10days lead time on a standard delivery look elsewhere as it’s complete hassle dealing with these guys
