The vinyl flooring I received looks significantly different from the website photos. Despite providing evidence, Carpet Warehouse refused to resolve my complaint and wants to charge me £50 collection plus a 25% cutting fee for unused flooring. They simply closed my case. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Once again, another successful, prompt and very reasonably priced delivery from Carpet Warehouse. We use them all the time and Chris is the 'go to' he has assisted us time and time again! Emailed them, made payment and item was on the way - the same day! thank you again CW!

Spoke to customer service salesman named Chris couldn’t have been more helpful very knowledgeable and understanding and kept me updated with the order throughout

Was able to sort a great deal for a high quality carpet with Peter who also arranged the couriers/ delivery for the carpets and underlay - all delivered promptly.

Quality of the carpet is great. Was delivered on time. We went for a thick pile carpet for our lounge and it’s transformed the room. Will definitely be ordering more carpet when required.

It's true.

Flooring turned up 16 days after ordering.

Was a nightmare to get them to send it,

AND IT was a wrong cheaper flooring.

AVOID.

Having successfully used Carpet Warehouse in 2025, I decided to use them again in 2026. In 2025, before ordering, Chris (@ Carpet Warehouse) allayed any fears I had about delivery (there are some firms that I would not want this work subcontracted out to having previously had packages left outside without even the doorbell being rung!). Subsequently, my carpet was delivered without issue by SGK Distribution - who seem to be a cut above the other delivery firms I've had to experience: their communication is excellent, tracking on the day of delivery is available and the two-man team were able to place the carpet for storage where I wanted. Thus, I emailed Chris last Monday enquiring about making another order and, long story short, my carpet was delivered (to the other end of the country) within SGK's specified 3-hour window by the end of the week! (And this was even with the coincident arrival of Storm Austen.) As before, this was a very smooth, successful (and this time - very quick!) order - the only negative is that I've now got to start decorating before I had planned! Thanks to all involved, especially Chris who maintained oversight of the order. Highly recommended.

Love the carpet and the Company have been very helpful. There was a slight issue with delivery as my house is very remote but Chris helped sort out the problem and arranged everything brilliantly. Very happy.

It was great to be able to phone up and ask a question of someone who knew the product and not just a call handler. I was then able to place the order on the phone very efficiently. Excellent service

I am very pleased with the results. It was good value for money considering I opted for a cheaper carpet for 3 rental properties and the colour really suits all rooms. I would certainly use Carpet Warehouse again and have already made recommendations to friends.
