Flooring was unavailable from their supplier and i had to chase to find this out after 10 days of no contact or updates.
Helpful and quick with the refund but not a good experience and wouldnt trust them with another order personally.

⭐ 1 star – Absolutely appalling service from Carpet Warehouse
I would not recommend Carpet Warehouse after the experience we have had. We ordered 4m x 7m and 2m x 7m of vinyl flooring, but the measurements supplied were completely wrong. Our fitter had already cut and fitted half the living room/dining room flooring before we realised there was not enough to cover the area.
This has left us having to pay out of our own pocket for more flooring to correct a mistake that was not ours. We contacted Carpet Warehouse on Saturday, but they were closed, so we called first thing on Monday 12th October 2026, hoping they would resolve the issue.
Instead, we were told they would not refund us or do anything to help. They are now hiding behind their terms and conditions, saying flooring cannot be returned once it has been cut or fitted. Of course it has been cut and fitted – we were given the wrong measurements in the first place!
We have been left out of pocket, stressed and extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and willingness to take responsibility for their mistake.
A company should stand by its customers when it has made an error, not leave them to pay for it. We expected the correct measurements and a fair resolution. We got neither. Avoid if you expect decent after-sales service.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience — unreliable stock information and poor communication
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Carpet Warehouse was very poor.
I ordered carpets with express delivery and paid extra for delivery on a specific day, as I had already booked a carpet fitter. Two days before delivery, I received a call saying the carpets were unavailable, despite being shown as in stock online.
I quickly chose a replacement to keep everything on schedule. The following day, I received another call saying the replacement was also unavailable, even though that carpet was also showing as in stock online.
They then sent me a link to carpets they said were available. My delivery fee was refunded, which I appreciate, and I was assured that delivery would only be one day late. However, the carpets arrived two days late, with no communication to let me know about the further delay.
Having to choose replacement carpets repeatedly at the last minute, with a fitter already booked, was stressful and frustrating. The refund was welcome, but it did not make up for the unreliable stock information, missed delivery promises and lack of updates.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Carpet Warehouse, particularly if you need delivery on a specific date.

Only half the goods were delivered due to problem at courier end. Carpet Warehouse have apologised for the delay and arranged for further next day delivery of outstanding goods.
