Jonathan at Benson's was very helpful when it came to purchasing our mattress and base and did not rush us into making a decision. He also took the time to give us the best deal possible.

We went into Bensons for Beds on…
We went into Bensons for Beds on 28/02/2026 and had a really good experience.
Azura greeted us as soon as we walked in and was friendly and easy to talk to from the start. She showed us around the store, talked us through the different mattresses and explained the differences in a way that actually made sense. There was no pressure at all, just helpful advice and honest recommendations based on what we were looking for.
She was polite, knowledgeable and just genuinely great at her job. Buying a mattress can be a bit of a headache, but she made it straightforward and relaxed. Really good service all round.
