Visited the Hedge End store at a quiet time. Made to feel very welcome. Plenty of choice and Azura soon narrowed down a range that suited our requirements. Spent the next hour or so trying out the mattresses and pillows. We felt relaxed and were not rushed. We were given plenty of information and the whole ordering process was explained clearly by Azura.
A good experience and we thoroughly recommend the store and staff.

Excellent service and communication. Initial igel mattress review is very good, but long term TBD. Delivery of new and recycling of old mattress all good. Delivery in a week. Will happily go to Bensons next time.

We ordered our mattress from Bensons Bed, excellent customer service from start to finish. The icing on the cake was the delivery guys Mark and Craig, good humour, professional and respectful. They get a 10 out of 10. That kind of customer service is priceless shame you don’t see more of this.
