Despite the first thing I went trought when I tried to rent one server was an instant Fraud Check, I contact with the support and It was solved in less than half an hour and the server runs perfectly with lots of options with a very econmic price.

Been using BeastNode since September of 2012 and it has always been a pleasurable experience. Support is prompt and professional and the quality of the servers is excellent.

I have to admit, Beastnode is awesome. Cheap plans but it is quality. The support tickets are helpful and they will give you good responses and support. Worth buying

Me and my friends bought a years worth of the Beastnode Minecraft Server and we absolutely love it, great for modpacks, 3gb and we had Pixelmon running for months! Ome-time payment was a perfect option for my group, plus we got a discount because of it!.

Quick to set up and fast service but not super-intuitive user interface for admin.

Their customer service is good & their up time was great. The account/server interface was a bit counter intuitive, but still usable.

Great Budget Prices and fast customer support. I've been running my Minecraft server for 5 years and moved to BeastNode 3 years ago, one of the best choices I've made.

The reason for 4 stars:

My server was exploited about a year ago by some "hackers", I had encountered this before on a dedicated server I used to host my server on. I understood the issue and exactly how to fix it but the beastnode staff seemed reluctant to make it a priority considering it probably wouldn't affect the majority of their customers. It involved the IP-tables/firewall of the servers, which could allow some sneaky hacker to log in to the server unauthenticated!

I had backups and coded my own plugin for the fix, the only thing it cost me was time.

I also had problems with disk space in the past. The server would reach its max disk usage and this could cause lots of problems. Files are unable to be written to, causing player data to be lost and map file corruption. To increase the disk size you have to go through a support ticket and can't do it yourself through the portal. It would be nice to be warned by an email/message or some other signal when you are getting close to max disk usage.

Honestly pretty good service and quite cheap. Easy interface and exceptional support. They’re always happy to help and respond almost instantaneously.

Excellent support, anytime I have a issue they respond right away. I would much rather pay the extra money as their support is the best out of the 10+ hosts that I've used and how fast their hardware is.

Had no problems using the server

had a server with them for 7 months. the servers were stable and the support was fast (only ever contacted them once). the only reason i stopped using their services was due to not requiring it any more, but i do know where i will be heading when i need one again.

edit: i forgot to mention that when the time came and i needed to cancel, the process was easy and pain free

Good solid and reliable servers. Never had any complaints or problems. Control panel Interface is a bit awkward to use at first. The tutorial videos were pretty helpful.
