Had an issue with setting up a modpack…
Had an issue with setting up a modpack and sent in a ticket. They responded within 24 hours and helped set up the server. Have not had any issues with the server since and still going strong. Great support and great servers.

Fantastic Server Hosts, Fair Prices!
Been with them for my Minecraft server for a couple of years now. Really easy to upload plugins and change maps on the server. Prices are more than fair too. Up-time is fantastic, haven't add any issues with downtime. Would totally recommend them for anybody who is looking for an economical solution to hosting their own Minecraft server.

The company is amazing and the server is great. All I have to complain about is the prices are to high. Now I don't wanna be that guy but I bought the service so I could host a pixelmon server but the plan I ended up buying which was in my price range could not run pixelmon. Otherwise great service

Some mods now can take a lot of RAM for a server, it's getting quite crazy. We do have recommendations on what plans to use though.
I honestly wish they required less so even the cheaper plans could run them.

"Raffle winners will be picked randomly and notified via email." However it should have also contained "At the start of each calendar month" but since that wasn't there means I picked the old draft email and not the correct one.

After looking through your tickets with us we provided fixes and suggestions for you to try but you never checked back in with us.
We cannot get these issues resolved if you're not willing to work with us too.
It's unfortunate you did not get the experience you hoped for. If you're willing we're more than dedicated to keep working with you to get the problems resolved.

Great Performance
I have a 6GB budget server running Direwolf20 1.12 and the performance is surprisingly good. Rarely lags behind, even when multiple players are generating new chunks. Very impressed! Good value as well.

Great Support when needed
Great Support when needed. Flawless performance. Great Value for the small dollars. If a hosted server here is not your ticket then you probably need to upgrade to renting a dedicated server.

I always go back to BeastNode when I want a server. Their prices are reasonable, and the server is reliable. Those are both good things... But the reason I always end up coming back to them is their service. They are fantastic at getting back to me for any issues that I have very quickly, which is very helpful for someone who is into modded MC (though I use them for Vanilla service too).

10 Servers and I'm still impressed
I've used BeastNode for around 10 Minecraft servers over the years, and I've had a flawless experience every time. From Vanilla to Bukkit/Spigot and Modded too, no one beast the performance of BeastNode. Even their budget servers are fantastic, which is a real surprise. Overall, BeastNode is the best Minecraft Server company out there, and hopefully when I purchase a VPS from them soon I can say the same about one of those, Keep up the good work.
