I already have experience in running a server so I never needed their customer service at all but I've had very little if any hiccups while using their servers.

Quick and informative responses, weren't rude when part of the problem was me forgetting something.

About the only thing that was difficult was uploading the modpack Mianite Reborn to my Minecraft server.

The web interface is great and the control I have is fantastic. I have been experiencing some last tps lag. I think this is mostly do to the performance issues inherent to 1.13, but I think it is a issue that you will need to address. I hope you can do so without increased cost. For the price, I love what you guys offer. Keep it up

Definitely the best Minecraft Server Host

After owning 3+ of my own servers, Beastnode has had the best support, best prices, and by far the easiest control panel of any Minecraft server host. Installing plugins is a breeze and going from the console to plugins list is only one click away. I pay way less for the best location, hardware, and software than most other hosters. 100% Recommend.

Good Customer Support, Easy to use interface, and the majority of issues you may encounter are on the knowledge base. If you are unable to find help through the knowledge base you pay contact support and they will be answered in a timely manner.

No real issues. I run a sevtech:ages server that I play with a few friends. We are from all over the country and no one has had any latency problems. I have to restart the server every couple of days due to a memory leak in the modpack but that's not an issue with beastnode.

Quick and relatively easy setup, and for a first-time server host like myself the FAQ section was super useful. Only downside was the size limit for uploading files as I needed to upload a substantial custom map. Worked around this by breaking everything down into smaller zip files and uploading then unpacking them individually, which took a couple of hours. There may have been an easier solution though and I just missed it - again, totally new to everything. Other than that, the server seems to be coping with everything we've thrown at it and keeps my friends and I happy, so thanks Beastnode!

Server was up quickly, but there have been some consistent lag that clears up after some time. Good knowledge base on how to install mods and worlds

They are pretty good at what they have. I’ve had a little lag but not much and they get back to me pretty quick when I need help with something.

I have had great experience with Beastnode. However, I have been peskered with emails reviewing this, so I am basically forced to write a review. They send an email every 5 days, bugging you to review it.
Ridiculous.

I've been loving the service, I've noticed a bit of lag on the server but I'm on a cheaper plan so I don't mind. I may increase my plan once we build some big farms, but overall I am happy with the service!

Best customer service and good server performance! I've ran three total servers through MCPH and I've had a good experience with all of them.

I haven’t used these services for major hosting- but I have been using the services for heavy building that requires a lot of power, and there has been no known issues. The services are powerful and will hold up for your needs! Whenever I’ve been in need for servers to start different projects, Beastnode has always been my first goto. These services are more or less unbeatable from competitors.
