BeastNode, LLC 

I used beastnode for three years. They charge monthly and informed me that automatic billing didn't work for my credit card for some reason they couldn't fix, so each month, I had to go into the system and manually pay the bill.

This month, I had multiple kids' vacations and didn't have a chance to pay. Within 15 days of non-payment, they not only suspended my service(which would be understandable and fine), but they also deleted my files, with only one email notice.

Their tech support is unsympathetic and claims they have no backups of the files.

Terribly disappointing. I have some old backups, so all is not lost, but I definitely can't recommend beastnode as a service or company that cares about their users. If you are a new user who doesn't know systems well, I don't recommend using them.

Everythings great, accessible and all, but damn your processors are weak.. im paying 60$ a month for my server but its still running better on my pc

Good Minecrafting Hosting for beginners with lots of 1 click options and mod packs to select from. They also have great support.

I've been having some problems with tick rate and the prices were too much for me to upgrade my Beastnode package. You might save 3 to 4 times the cost by switching to other hosts and doing some of the labour yourself.

Excellent service. UI could be cleaner but it's otherwise pretty great.

OMG ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! Everything is fairly easy to set up and easy to use! I've had a ton of personal issues (All basically my fault) and the customer support worked with me the whole way! I've been in constant contact with them for about 2 weeks now and still they manage to be helpful and kind.

Amazing experience, but I for some reason can't use forge 1.12.2. All other versions work fine, including modpacks with almost 200 mods.

BeastNode has by far some of the best support ever. I had moved away from BeastNode to go to a host that more catered to our needs for VPS' after issues there we came back to BeastNode and have had the best support experience ever. They worked 1 on 1 with us to figure out a machine that would work well and stayed patient as we made a decision on what to do. The pricing is very fair and the staff are kind, I just don't think it can get any better!

I have used Beastnode in the past for other servers and I recently re-joined them. They are a great host, responding to tickets within 5-10 minutes easily with possible solutions! I would recommend them to anyone!

Great support, replies are almost instant and is very detailed. They take care of everything and give recommendations when asked for. Our server was lagging too, I've just asked why and they explained me in a clear way that 1.13.2 version of the servers are not optimized properly, using Spigot version would give better experience and bunch of other information.

I did apply them and it actually works amazing now, if you have a problem just ask. Their staff is friendly, is willing to help and solve your problems.

Multiple Issues with random lag spikes when only two people are online. Having many issues with spawning items into the game

The BeastNode staff are friendly and professional. They seem to put their hearts into solving any issues I encounter. (With having issues being a rare occurrence.) The servers are always updated as quickly and efficiently as possible too.

I have been using Beastnode for many years and i have no complaints what so ever! The game servers has been good, fast, and reliable, and their support is just fantastic!

Beastnode is a great service provider who provides an incredible amount of freedom and quick customer service. Although I only bought their cheapest plan, they still treated me as a valued customer whose opinion was appreciated. However, their dashboard is a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. It took some time for me to crack my head and I still ask for help from time to time. Most of my problems are solved within a low 2 hours! I would 10/10 buy from them again and would recommend to anyone, veteran or beginner, looking to start a Minecraft server.

Total garbage support... poor hardware capabilities. Not willing to help non-technical customers.
