First of all -- I love this bike so this review is in no way a reflection on the quality of the bike. My only reason for 4 stars is that I am definitely a novice at assembling a bike with hand brakes.

I think the instructions were printed when the bike parts were slightly different -- maybe older versions of the parts. The instructions didn't exactly match the new parts. For an example, the seat now comes with a clamp versus a bolt. That's cool but I'm not totally sure how to make the seat not swivel. Of course, that could be because I have a left over black ring that could or could not be a part of that system. I didn't see anything in the instructions on how to install that part so I left it out. Yikes!

The handle bars are also slightly different when installing but I finally figured out there was a little cap on the adjustment mechanism.

I went online to figure out how to adjust the brakes because I couldn't get the front brakes to hit the rims evenly. However, not a huge deal and now I know a little bit more about how to adjust bike brakes.

The last piece I still have not installed is a reflector. I just can't figure out if it actually goes on my bike or it was meant for another bike since I have the rack attachment on the bike. Also, not a huge deal.

I'll probably take the advise of my bike friends and take it to a bike shop to get some adjustments made just to make sure I'm not biking down the road and my wheel falls off ;-)

Customer service was awesome and the online videos definitely helped. I would say it took me about 3 hours to figure everything out but definitely glad they included tools. Lifesaver!

Like I said -- I love this bike and it makes me smile. All those little issues are just that. Don't sweat the small stuff or you'll never have fun.

Ordering from Beachbikes was easy. Bike assembly was pretty straight forward, although specific instructions for my bike model (Urban LRD), as opposed to the more generic instructions included, would have been helpful. But a quick call to Beach Bikes cleared up my questions. Fit and finish on the bike seems great so far. Would recommend Beachbikes to others and buy from again.

Aside from some steps missing in the instructions (hooking up brakes), the bike was easy enough to put together, with the right tools. I was able to assemble it without any help. The bike is beautiful, solid, and comfortable. I can't wait to take her on some rides!

Tried ordering online a slightly used product and couldn’t. Had to go thru 800#, then 3 days after paying for it received an email saying it wasn’t available!

Fairly easy to assemble, my 6'5" 285 lb. son is happy

Great product, there was some order processing miscues since I choose to pick up the bike instead of having it shipped but everything else was great.
I bought the bike for my 9 year old grand daughter and she loved it at first sight. The gentleman at the store adjusted the seat for her size and she test rode it in the stores parking lot ( Saturday no cars ) and has rode it to school everyday since.

Very Happy with the fit and finish and overall experience. Nice to see good customer service and quality products still survive.

The bike came in as expected, but I need to return it, as my right leg is messed up from a previous motor cycle accident. I have called numerous times, leave messages, have e-mailed numerous times, all with no reply. Any one want to buy a 7 speed Mens Bruiser bike???

Love the bike. Plan on paying someone to assemble it. They imply it's easy assembky, but it's not. It took a bike shop 2 hours to assemble. I guess most bikes from the manufacturer come this way. Good news about the company they turned my frown upside down by understanding. And I now have new friends at a local bike shop.

I love my new beach cruiser from Beachbikes!! It fits me perfectly and I received it quickly. I am looking forward to many fun cruises with my new bike at our lake we live near and the beach!

Received beach cruiser as scheduled -Received the correct bike-Some assembly required (front tire-handle bars-pedals-seat)all very easy-Very good looking bike and appears well built and solid-Was a gift for my son and has not been taken out yet so cannot comment on that but would be very surprised if there are any issues-Had shopped around locally but could not match price even with the $50 shipping added on.Great bike great value.

The bike arrived mostly assembled. It was fun to put it together. It looks well-made and it beautiful.

The ordering process was easy but I sent an email explaining that one of the fenders that came was damaged. I asked what to do get a refund on the fenders and they just said bnb they would send me new ones if I took pictures video and other steps. I don't even want new ones. I said I would return the ones I bought but I'm not paying shipping twice. I just want a refund on the fenders

Everyone that was involved from the start of the email confirmations, any changes needed in the middle of the process, to the people inside when you pick up your bike were awesome.
