The shop is located in a industrial area behind a security gate. You need to call the shop to get the gate code. There is a sign directing you to do that.

The shop is well put together. Bikes are neatly displayed and customer service was excellent. They ask what you're looking for and suggest a bike. Purchase was easy and they offered to help load.

Their store front is very small, but SO glad I went. After trying a few bikes, ended up going with 21 speed due to bad knees. Huge parking lot with few cars to test the bike.

I visited the shop in person, they were very friendly and helpful offering information on several bikes for me to choose from. They had a very good selection of styles and colors and I believe the quality of the bikes they offer for the price was good value. I put 50 miles or so on it the first few days I had it and it worked well and it is very comfortable to ride. I highly recommend Beachbikes.

This is best bike ever. I love everything about it. The tide is so smooth and effortless and th he shifters are great. My bike earns smiles wherever I go. I am 66 and haven't been on a bike in 30 yesrs!

Good place with friendly help and nice bikes

Ordered my beach cruiser which arrived within 10 days BUT missing parts such as seatpost, pedals, nuts and bolts and reflectors. I called and emailed. Although apologetic, I am extremely disappointed that the response to their error was not an immediate overnight shipment of missing parts! Also the representative said she would email me by end of day, but that did not happen. It remains to be seen if I get what I already paid for. Maybe I should have gone to REI as recommended by my son. VERY Disappointed and frustrated🙁
Update: Since I wrote the above review, the parts were finally delivered 10 days later. The seatpost is not a tight fit. My husband says it is the wrong one. I will call to request the appropriate seatpost. Take my word..if you have never assembled anything, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM. The directions are very unclear and no tools are provided. If you don’t have 5,6,7mm Allen wrenches and adjustable wrenches readily available, you are lost!
UPDATE 2: Finally got the right seatpost mailed to me. My husband put in on without any issue.

Well made with a lot of little extra features you won't fine in your typical bike shop or store. Well done and love it.

Fortunately my son is sponsored by Deity bikes ............he put it together for me!
It wasn’t as easy as you described he’s actually a Bicycle mechanic and it still took him about 30 mins !
Also the touch up paint exploded in transition and got the bolts that needed to be put on one of the fenders so that ended up being a pain with goo gone !
Overall I love the bike it’s beautiful !

Quick shipping & delivery. Biggest issue is that multiple pieces of the bike are bent, including both rims.

This bike I received today is pretty disappointing. The color of the fenders were supposed to match the bike frame. They don’t. The back fender paint is already starting to wear off and needs a touch up. The paint job on the frame itself is pretty crappy and needs a second coat. The darker metal color is visible through the paint. Where the decals were removed the adhesive residue is still there and now dirty and visible. The fact that this bike was hundreds of dollars, “custom”, needed to be assembled, and still turned out looking like a crappy Walmart bike is very frustrating. It’s supposed to be a gift so I don’t have time to return or purchase one from someone else.

The bike is beautiful and seems to be well made. It is extremely heavy which is probably typical for beach bikes. My daughter wanted one for her birthday (we don’t live at the beach btw) so we ordered one. It’s not super flat around here and I’m glad I got the 7 speed or it would be unridable for her at the age of 12. Only other comment is I would have to argue that it is not 85% assembled. It took me almost 5 hours to get it together. I had the tools and know how and was able to figure it out and get the breaks aligned and adjusted along with the other bits and parts. You basically get the frame with a crank and chain and then need to assemble their rest. My daughter loves it and it looks great. I would give it a 5 if it was easier to assemble otherwise I have no real complaints.

Cutomer service has been awesome. Putting the bike together was very simple and the ride was very smooth! Love it!
