Nothing but problems with what we thought was a new bike. I had it customized and it is the worst. Back wheel frame is bent, back rack doesn't fit when the fenders are on (why would it be sold with it then), the tube blew so we had to get another one at Wal-Mart that was so much better. QC needs some improvement. Cost does not match quality -- so disappointing especially when I gave it as a gift. Been apologizing for sending a lemon for a week.

I do love the bike, but some of the fender screws were a bit hard to screw in which caused some stripping. That was a little disappointing considering the price of the bike.

Ordered a beach cruiser for my 10 year old daughter - she had been saving her money for a bike, but it had to be mint green! Arrived earlier than estimated, and she just loves it! She rides it everytime she can, but the weather isn't being very cooperative. More than happy with the outstanding support that Beachbikes provides - I think I may just get a new bike also!!

Cool bike. Nice to ride. Never got a response from email support guy but maybe I wasn't supposed to respond via email. When I called number for support (easy quick adjustment) they were very helpful & wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I am very pleased as my kid really loves riding his new cruiser!

Absolutely love my new EVRYjourney bike! Everything I wanted and expected from the reviews. Only small issue was it was a bit tricky adjusting the gears - we assembled the bike - but seems great now.

This was advertised as a "Firmstrong Wire Metal Bicycle Basket." It arrived with a bag of "nuts and bolts" and NO instructions. After trying to install it on our Firmstrong bike without success, we called Firmstrong, only to find out that they do NOT make a basket like this, so no wonder it doesn't fit. Unfortunately, my husband had already thrown out the huge box it came in, so we can't even return it, so we are out of luck. We have to buy another basket. The one at Firmstrong is nice, and fairly reasonably priced, but the shipping costs are really high.

Overall, a completely disappointing experience!

Impossible to put together on your own. Had to have it done at a local bike shop. Bike looks cute but if I had ridden the bike prior to purchase I would have made another choice.

Wow, bike came today... Firmstrong Urban Stretch Cruiser. What a beauty. From the west coast to the east coast, it took 7 days for FedEx to battle the rains and drop the bike off at my door.
I documented the assembly step by step from the box opening. Was super easy to put it together! Bike came in perfect condition. NO MISSING PARTS, PIECES OR HARDWARE! General supplied directions were sufficient. Bike came 80% assembled and the rest was fairly self explanatory.
I'm very happy with this purchase, no regrets.

When I received my bike it had badly dented fenders and did not include pedals. While Beachbikes (Sixthreezero) was happy to replace the missing items and damaged parts, but they sent fenders that did not fit and pedals that were the wrong size as well!
Seriously...The process of dealing with this company has been a big waste of my time and money.
