This is our second bike from them. Couldn't be happier! Gorgeous bike and high quality service.

Great bike at a great price! If I had to do it again I would change a thing.

The bicycle I received had different parts from the illustrated photos, wheels where bent to the point of not being able to ride the bike. After phone calls and multiple emails with a company rep I was assured to be credited for the replacement and repairs that were done at local bike shops. I provided the documents and filled out the requested forms needed to receive the agreed refund. THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ANY MONEY THAT I'VE HAD TO SPEND TO REPAIR AND REPLACE THE POOR QUALITY OF THE BICYCLE I PURCHASED. THE LAST EMAIL I SENT WAS NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED, I NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY BACK WHICH IS OVER A MONTH AGO. Very poor customer service... This was an experience that far exceeded the cost and time of just purchasing a bike locally rather than saving a few bucks with an online purchase.

Bike was easy to assemble. arrived quickly and undamaged. Wife loves the color. Thank you.

My daughter loves her new beach bike! The dark blue with brown leather seat and grips is a beautiful combination. We got to spend some good quality father/daughter time as we put the bike together (which was very straightforward). Shipping was fast and the bike came well packaged. I absolutely love my bike! It was delivered yesterday and I felt like a kid at Christmas! It was even nicer than I imagined and I will be ordering more in different colors. I am now 60 years old and feel like a teenager again riding down to the beach! I also ordered the Nantucket Basket to go with it...perfect!

Don’t like the location as well as the last one. First time was hard to fine. Bike is great. Large warehouse now. It’s was for wife’s birthday and she loved it.

Beautiful bike. It was easy to put together. My wife hasn’t ridden it yet but I put a bunch of extras on it like mirrors, little license plate, and lights. Looks cool. She picked coral as the color. Really sharp

I custom ordered a bike for my husband for Fathers Day. Matte gray with black trim on the tires. Cup holder. Fenders. It came in about 10 days from cali to Chicago. Instruction were great and we had the bike set up in no time. He LOVES it! The seat is so comfortable and you sit upright so there’s not so much pressure on your arms for long rides. Great company!

Ordering my beach cruiser from Beach bikes was great. It was very easy to assembly after its delivery by just following the online video. I did come across an issue trying to assemble the rear rack, but their bike mechanic helped my within minutes. The bike is great, the ride is smooth. Considering I live on the east coast, this bike and Beachbikes themselves made me feel like I walked into their shop in the west coast and rode off with the new bike. Love the fact that I can now have the smooth ride around the neighborhood...

Great experience all around my daughter absolutley love's her beach cruiser. What really blew me away was the customer service, while ordering my phone lost connection 3 times I was called back by the same representative, even left me voicemails letting me know shed keep trying to get ahold of me too complete my order.

Everything was handled as expected and the big was exactly as described.

Packaged arrived as expected the bike was not damaged at all. It was a gift for my husband for Father's Day, he loves it. He was concerned for he doesn't like ordering things like bikes online but was pleasantly surprised, as was I.

Light weight all-around great bike!

I purchased 3 urban cruiser bikes 2 lady 1 men (all 3 single speed coaster brakes). Lady bikes shipping tracker was updated, but 3rd bike was not. But bike did arrive the day it said. The "owner" emailed me, claimed there was gonna be a bike mechanic assigned to me, never received any assistance from them. But the bike were very easy to assemble without assistance. My daughters ride their bikes every day!!!
