Well I still don't have the bike I ordered 3 weeks ago (now 1 week late for my wife's birthday), things got fouled up on many issues...hope it's nice, but from an execution standpoint, everything after the order has been one screw up after another. Not going here again

Overall rating is ok. Would not purchase another firm strong bike again. Bike is comparable to a cruiser that you could buy at walmart.

The bike came very quickly! It was very easy to put together as well. Unfortunately the weather has been terrible so we haven't gotten in more than a quick ride to be sure everything was put together correctly.

Overall great experience. The website was very helpful in picking out the right bike. The assembly was also pretty easy. The bike looked great except for two scratches on the paint from shipping. Still, I am very satisfied.

Bought my wife and I both bikes for Christmas.....and we have loved them!!!! I figured we would like them, of course, but they have been even more than what wither of us imagined. My wife got an orange Firmstrong Urban beach cruiser and I got the Firmstrong Bruiser beach cruiser (since I'm about 250 lbs)..... Great bikes, fun to ride....only regret is we didn't buy them sooner.....

This the second Bella Classic 7 speed I have purchased, one for my daughter and now one for my wife. Customer Service was great in selecting the right bike. I had the Bella Classic shipped to our local bike shop in Montana for assemble; we have found this is a sturdy well made bike, and a good fun ride.

Excellent service and fantastic merchandise. Bought a cruiser for our 13 year old son for Christmas and he and his dad has it assembled in no time. Unexpectedly got charged for shipping when the website showed free shipping. The staff at Beachbikes had it remedied within an HOUR! Simply amazing.
