Batleydiy 

I ordered Daz Professional which I can't get anywhere else, my order confirmation showed a picture of the items I had ordered. When the order arrived it wasn't professional Daz it was ordinary Daz which I can but in my local store for alot cheaper. I emailed and was told to send pictures which I did, I was then told that I could return it at a cost to myself then on receipt of return they would decide if they would give me my money back and money for postage.
DO NOT buy from this company they are a joke

I placed an order for Weedol Pathclear on 28/06/2025 paying through Paypal, and received a confirmation message acknowledging the payment, an order number and a message telling me that I'd be contacted when the item was shipped. After trying several times to make contact only to continually hear a recording about the message box being full (of angry customers I expect) I found the same item still for sale on the Batley DIY site and cancelled my payment through the Paypal system. I wonder how much money is sat in their account as customers wait in vain for items that will never be delivered?

Made an order hasn’t been shipped despite paying for express delivery , I then came across the reviews and realised this is a fraudulent company!

Absolute shambles, called 5 times now to receive a refund for a shipment that they never delivered, spoke to Leah who promised me a refund 5 weeks ago and still nothing. What a disgrace of a place, do not order anything as it wont be delivered and you wont see your money. The voicemail says it is now full and nobody is picking up anymore. What a great service, all the 5 star reviews on Trustpilot are obviously lies

EXCELLENT!!! Bought Lay Z Spa which was at least £100 cheaper than anywhere else, even from the manufacturer! I have read several comments here and sympathise with those who have had a negative experience but I also know that as human beings we tend to leave negative feedback more readily than we would leave positive feedback. We had a couple of issues regarding delivery but our overall experience was EXCELLENT!! Communication is a little slow at times but I'm sure this will be resolved and would happily recommend this company

The service I had from Batley DIY was exceptional with low prices! When I phoned to query something Leah was polite, professional and courteous!

I ordered my goods and stupidly decided to read reviews on this company. My heart sunk and I honestly thought I wouldnt see my good or my money again.
Yesterday I recieved not only an email but also a phone call to say that my good had been dispatched my items arrived today on time and just as described. Top marks

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
I ordered some plates in April, it is now mid-June and we still have not received our order.
We contacted the company by email (no reply) and managed to talk to someone over the phone who blamed the shipping company and was going to 'look into it'. That was in May. We haven't heard anything and obviously no one is looking into anything.
Payment was taken straight away however.

Poor delivery time should be 2/4 days, actually took 10 days. Don’t reply to emails, poor response on telephone if you can get through… wish I had read reviews before ordering from them. Would definitely not use again or recommend

I recently ordered 8 x Sheets of Antinox Floor Covering and received a confirmation email stating the order was being prepared for despatch.  Having waited a week for delivery information I telephoned and was informed that they were trying to work out how to pack the order for despatch and stated it would be despatched to arrive by 25th June.  Today, 24th June I received an email informing me that my order had been cancelled at my request.  I made no such request.  I have tried contacting via the chat line, email and telephone but have had no reply. All my calls are directed to an automated answerphone message stating there is no one available to take my call. Although the email states I will be given a refund I have absolutely no faith in that being honoured after having seen earlier reviews on Trustpilot. Based on this treatment I would recommend this company should be avoided at all costs and may even be a scam.

Do not buy from this store,I ordered 4 pots of 151 grey gloss and only received one,and 2 vegetable brushes I didn’t order,I contacted the store numerous times to ask where my order was,they kept fobbing me off saying they were looking into it,after 3 weeks of emails which I kept,I’d had enough I asked for the paint to be sent to me or a refund,the next email I got from them was accusing me of throwing the paint in the bin😡 why would I order it to put it in the bin!!!!!,seriously do not buy anything from them go to a company who actually send their items out

Great price, delivered quickly and great service, the manufacturer energizer (not the seller) had made one error in the box of 12 and Batleydiy have responded straight away to replace.

I ordered some stone chipping over a month ago now and I have had no updates since. They sold them online as delivery in 2-7 working days - this is definitely not the case 🤣. They don't respond to calls or emails either so I assume this is a fraudulent company.

Terrible customer service. I ordered garden swivel chairs last Monday (it is now Sunday) and they will not respond to telephone calls or emails.
My item is still being prepared to ship.
I am now requesting a refund 🤬

My order has not even been shipped yet despite delivery promised within 2-4 days (today is business day 4). I can't get hold of anyone via email, phone or social media. They don't seem to give a damn about customer service. I ordered an expensive item and was expecting to have it in time for this weekend when I needed it. I can't even cancel it! Not impressed.

I was worried as the reviews were pretty bad. I did not have any issues what so ever, I ordered a hot tub which arrived on time and they answered the phone and confirm my delivery in my experience I found Batley DIY fantastic.

If i could give '0' stars I would, This company is shocking, I ordered 10 large Black 'Ebony' planters, It took them a time to deliver and then received what I would describe as pale grey to them they are 'stone'. the only option was to buy ebony, The item picture was black and now they are stating they delivered what I ordered. their web page does not have a Stone coloured planter on it available or otherwise. I also purchased a SupaGarden Zero Gravity reclining Chair but when you sit on it you can not adjust the recline making it difficult to get in/out of. I think they have tried to offload some crap they purchased.
Steer clear of this company, poor customer service no one ever answers the phone. and excuses excuses DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid sent us an unusable potato barrel that was fit for bin! After emails promised a refund then ignored! Bank refunded due to emails! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Worse customer service ever

This company have a lot to learn regarding customer service. I ordered 2 pair of their Silver coloured Shears/scissors, however they have sent me the wrong ones, what they have sent are Black shears of horrible cheap poor quality and the packaging was all damaged. I written 5 polite emails but they have not even bothered to answerer once, I have left them 2 voice messages and again they have not bothered to responded. Stay Well Away

1 ordered a BBQ which stated delivery in a few days. It was never delivered on time for a birthday present so I cancelled the order receiving a very polite email saying it would be looked into and they would contact me. No reply came but the BBQ arrived weeks later. I asked for the bbq to be collected which I was told they would arrange collection still not happened. Now my emails are being ignored. I am contacting the Trading standards office and taking legal action advice. I advise everyone not to buy anything from this company they are a law unto themselves and ignore all customers rights.
