Would rather give them No Stars! Ordered on line, they took tge payment abd was told 2 to 4 days delivery. Nothing. Tried to contact by phone and no answer. Got a message from Michael (reading other reviews this looks like a generic name, not a real person) , but nothing came of it. After 2 weeks managed to speak to a woman who said it was being sent out that day. It wasn't. Had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Not to be trusted for online purchases.
3 weeks after ordering the product still not delivered.
They do NOT answer their phone and do not respond to emails.
Only after contacting PayPal the responded: “we no longer selling them as they are extremely difficult to send out”.

Purchased an item from this awful company, but sadly looked at there reviews just after purchasing so asked to cancel the order, which Michael acknowledged but since then, and after 3 emails, there is no sign of the refund and so it will result in a PayPal claim. Why do companies like this think they will get away with this. Hopefully they will not be around much longer, and spare misery to so many. Just disgusting.

What a great find this place is! Placed a large order of rubber garden edging and various other products and found their prices to be cheaper than Amazon and Temu. Staff were incredibly helpful and professional when I ordered and collected and communication was good throughout. Great to support a local business and will definitely use again.

I ordered a portable BBQ for a camping trip to Scotland. The arrival date quoted on the website was the Friday before. When the Friday arrived the item still had not been posted. So I emailed to cancel. After trying to talk me into not cancelling they agreed to cancel my order. However, I was not refunded the 1st payment I made through Klarna. I then emailed twice more and was told that the dispute would be passed to the correct department. After a month I was still not paid. I ended up having to file a dispute through my bank.

I then found the item delivered in my back garden. I emailed the company and they said they would arrange collection, which they have not done.

I would not purchase from this company and dread to think the difficulties one would experience of there was a fault with the item

Absolutely useless! Ordered some radiators, they took over £700 in payment. A week later chased the delivery to be told they could not supply! Requested a refund and was told it would take 10-15 days! Complete con.
Got refunded by Barclaycard thankfully.

Do not deal with this company. They don't answer the phone and stop replying to emails. Very unprofessional. Don't do anything to resolve an issue. Initially reply and then ghost you. Have incorrect descriptions on their website and blatantly lie about contacting suppliers. Delivery doesn't happen when it should and delivery driver was rude and unhelpful. If I could give 0 stars I would. Steer clear

2 weeks ago I oredered shower trim. It hasn't turned up. despite leaving messages on chat and an apology email from them I'm no further forward. No info. I've paid for it anf have asked for my money back. No responce. Avoid Avoid Avoid!! I've got a frustrated customer whose work I can't complete as can't buy this locally. grrrrrrr!

Like a previous reviewer we ordered a hot tub on the premise it was 2-4 days , after 2 weeks had to cancel , since cancellation no sign of refund or even email response , when do manage to get through on phone get told it will be done that day , again this never happened so still waiting

Ordered a Lay-Z spa hot tub from them, took three weeks for them to finally post it out after multiple phone calls and ignored emails. Finally arrived and it’s faulty, can I now get hold of them to get a refund or replacement? No of course not. Avoid this company.

Avoid very unprofessional company.
Ordered a hot tub from them 29th April. 2- 4 day delivery supposedly as stated on their website. After the order confirmation no communication from them or order update. Called 15 times before the call was answered by a very unhelpful disinterested woman. To be told they had sold out and were waiting for more stock. Website said in stock!! Called again today now apparently problem with supplier it should be delivered on 12th May.
I dont believe a word they say.
Awful customer service.

Far and away the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Avoid this lot at all costs. I ordered 5 x architrave strips (listed as 2.9m long) and was advised 3-5 days delivery. Nearly 2 weeks later nothing, no reply to emails and no response from the 'live chat'. Thinking I'd been scammed, I called the company (once I'd found the correct number....the support number given on their live chat page doesn't work) and was surprised that someone actually answered the phone. After being placed on hold for a considerable amount of time, I was told by the uninterested sounding young lady that "They're being sent today". No explanation and no apology. When the items arrived a few days later, they were actually only 2.2m long, meaning not sufficient to complete the job. I've attempted to contact the company to resolve this, but again no response to emails, live chat or comments on their Facebook posts. I now wish I'd read this company's reviews on Trustpilot as it seems my experience is typical of their customer service.

I hope you are reading this before purchasing and NOT afterwards like me! Ordered a bird table and had order confirmation but then absolutely nothing! They never answer the phone or return messages despite asking you to leave one. I will have to go down the road of credit card charge back because they don’t answer emails either! Of course no delivery either.

Edit: I have just had a call back about my experience and I must say, it was great to have a call back and an apology. Batley have moved premises recently and had skeleton staff over the bank holiday. I can imagine this has been a busy time, I just really appreciate the honesty and apology - Thanks! PS. My order was delivered too!

No response to emails or chats, don’t bother calling them, they don’t pick up… ever!

Have been trying to get a response from an order I’ve still not received and needed for a job even though initially the site said 2-5 working days! Guaranteed dpd delivery.

Should be ashamed of yourselves running a business like this! I have had to raise a dispute with the banks as I know I’m not getting my order after reading the similar reviews and the time elapsed so far with complete radio silence.

Ordered skirting boards online. Paid extra for express delivery. After a week I've realised it hasn't been even dispatched so phoned them to cancel order. All was arranged and I was waiting for the refund. Week later my order has arrived. Obviously I didn't accept delivery. After numerous phone calls, emails chasing my refund, I got the call from the same girls I talked over the phone asking what was wrong with my order!? It has been over a month now and I still can't get my refund. Obviously same girl on the phone is apologising every time I call them and promises to sort things out but nothing happens. It is like talking to a wall. Avoid them!!!!! I don't think I've ever dealt with such a unprofessional company! Don't want to call them names but they're a joke. Avoid!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service never answer phone or emails. Have recived damaged good a week late refusing to refund delivery said it is customers problem not theirs promised management will call me back to doscuss still waiting .Stay clear from this company

I ordered three radiators at the end of March, only to be told afterwards that they were out of stock and I’d be issued a refund. Two weeks passed with no refund, so I called — only to find out the order hadn’t been cancelled. Despite multiple follow-up calls and an email thread that eventually tailed off, the refund never arrived. Thankfully, I paid by credit card and have had to go through the dispute process to recover the money. Avoid.

This company is a joke! I ordered a product nearly three weeks ago and still nothing. The "customer service" replies to emails days later and just tells me that they will have a look and keep me informed of a potential delivery date. They even sent me an email that was meant for someone else. I have asked for a refund to no results. I'm sure they wouldn't even have written to me had I not emailed them several times asking for an update.

Before ordering a toilet from them, sometime in March, I checked they had it in stock. I was assured it would come via the manufacturer.
It didn't arrive and on phoning I was told it had arrived at their company but it was damaged, so they'd reordered another one which would arrive soon.
It didn't arrive and I was assured of a refund.
The refund didn't arrive either so I had to go through PayPal.
