I order the flush button and I needed urgently but when placed the order, after 1 day I've been told that it is out of stock and would take 6-7 weeks to deliver. This was specific colour that I needed urgently to finish my bathroom. Chinese supplier was providing the similar item quite cheaper than bathroomsuppliesonline.com but delivery was at least 1 week. Very poor service, now after 1 week chasing for the refund and ordered from other place.

When I ordered my Vado bath pop up plug…
When I ordered my Vado bath pop up plug it should state measurements as it cost me £53.00 and then I had to buy an extension which cist me a further 33.00 and had to wait for delivery from another company who had it in stock luckily fir me because if they didn’t I’d be without the bath for a week so not that impressed

Brilliant experience with BSO
Brilliant experience with BSO. First time refurbishment of bathroom and purchasing all items for our fitters. I managed to source most items from BSO, quality mid range items, like Roca and all items delivered on time and in good condition. Brad (office) provided excellent customer service, refunding item not available with no quibbles. Would not hesitate to recommend BSO and if I have to renovate again will certainly use their services.

Although they advertised 2/3 days delivery in turned out the item was not in stock and was actually 2 weeks delivery. However they contacted me immediately and apologised and gave me the option to cancel or wait. The price was competitive and the seat arrived well packed and fitted easily. So overall a good experience and excellent customer service.
