The Tavistock Nimble Vanity Unit
The Tavistock Nimble Vanity Unit was ordered on a Thursday and delivered the next day. The items were well packaged on a pallet. Individual items in their product boxes were carefully and robustly packaged. They were received in perfect condition unlike other units received from another supplier.
Very happy with the speed of delivery and the condition of the products.
The quality of this compact Vanity Unit is excellent and ideal for our small downstairs cloakroom.

We needed a new Laufen toilet seat, as the previous one was broken. I had an online chat with Bathroom Supplies who quickly identified the right item - I never realised there was so much choice in loo seats. I ordered the seat and it was delivered the next day. Very efficient.

Excellent experience
I ordered a Novellini shower tray this morning and the sales team organised a speedy delivery for me as I had a plumber at my house with a shower tray that I found to be broke on opening the packaging. I spoke with Chris who helped me with the stock and collection and later with Brad who amended the order for as I made a slight mistake on the waste colour. From first speaking to them at 9am I had collected the tray from the Novellini warehouse by 4pm which as it happens is only about 10 miles away. Also a special mention to the warehouse staff who guided me into the huge facility that had the stock. A bit daunting to be honest but when you are desperate you are desperate.
I would recommend bathroom supplies online to anyone looking for company with a personal touch and one that actually has people that answer the phone.

Delayed, disorgansied and extremely frustrating
I ordered 2 Roca shower trays from Bathroom Supplies Online in May 2025.
What followed was nearly two months of delays, conflicting updates, and last-minute changes, all of which completely threw off my renovation timeline.
Both trays arrived weeks later than promised. One was chipped on arrival. I requested a replacement, which was first promised for mid-July… then pushed to August.
By then, I had already missed my builder’s availability and had to rearrange everything. Their customer service was polite and responsive but the logistics, timelines, and communication were disorganised. I constantly had to chase for updates and was left with constant delays.
I requested a refund, which was accepted without issue. But the damage, both financial and logistical, was already done.
I never write reviews, but this experience was exhausting and extremely frustrating .
UPDATE:
No i would not recommend and definitely avoid, thank you for the reply but you will not be seeing from me anymore.

I can see that we were upfront with you about the initial two week lead time, and we did complete that delivery on time. Unfortunately, one product was damaged in transit and, at that point, neither we nor the manufacturer had any additional stock available. The replacement had to be specially ordered, and the manufacturer then experienced some production issues which were beyond our control.
I’m glad to hear our team were as helpful as possible when issues arose, but I’m sorry that your overall experience wasn’t a more positive one.
I hope your bathroom renovation goes smoothly, and we hope to see you again in the future.
