Very impressed with this company
We bought bath and sink taps from this company. After a lot of internet searching, they were the best price. Very pleased with the service. Our taps arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately there was some damage to one of them, but they were replaced, without quibble, within a couple of days - great customer service! Would definitely use this company again.

There are a big choice of shower hoses…
There are a big choice of shower hoses with comparable prices. The delivery cost, however, extremely high at £9.95 for a very small parcel.
Unfortunately, I had to return the hose, as I got wrong advice from the manufacturer and needed a different one for our shower head. I had no issue with returning the item and get refund, it was quite easy. However, with the return postage at £4.25 I was out of packet by £14.20.

A replacement for the same model
A replacement for the same model, but this one has got the selection of 4 settings. Works really well and the pressure is high. I was kept well informed and delivery was prompt, very well packaged.

I purchased a Vado tap and when it arrived there was a part missing, the tap itself was really nice and excellent quality, after a quick phone call i forwarded photos and immediately got a response, the missing part was delivered direct from the manufacturer and I was kept upto date throughout, excellent customer service.

I order the flush button and I needed urgently but when placed the order, after 1 day I've been told that it is out of stock and would take 6-7 weeks to deliver. This was specific colour that I needed urgently to finish my bathroom. Chinese supplier was providing the similar item quite cheaper than bathroomsuppliesonline.com but delivery was at least 1 week. Very poor service, now after 1 week chasing for the refund and ordered from other place.
